Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4451 cell is currently located at Site-88, the main room of the chamber has the appearance of a building apartment however SCP-4451 has changed the appearance and placement of furniture several times, the last time it was changed was about 2 years now, the containment chamber has also been reported to have 2 extra rooms, of course they disappeared as SCP-4451 changed the chamber, it is known that SCP-4451 can be mad at some points in time, as when his anger gets the best of him, SCP-4451 starts to grow extra limbs as it tried to calm itself down, if it's angered to the point that it's angered, it will charge and attack at staff personnel within a 5 km radius, it is inform that SCP-4451 cannot be angered by any means necessary, mobile task force is advise to break a limb from SCP-4451, which will cause him to either flee or fall unconscious, sleeping needles on the other hand don't show any effect on SCP-4451, personnel are to be evacuated from the area, as MTF Beta-7 and MTF Zeta-9 try to contain SCP-4451 and prevent it from spawning any instance of SCP-4451-2.

Description: There is little information about SCP-4451's actual form and origin, but it has been noted by SCP-███ that SCP-4451 is his first creation, SCP-4451 has been claiming that all knowledge of his original form and presence has been deleted do to being trapped in a █████████ Crystal, who ever that is, it is also to note that all personnel is advised to NEVER keep a colorized photo of SCP-4451 in any shape or form, so it is advised to always keep a black and white image, it is currently as a 57 year old male, with golden colored eyes and black hair, it is dressed in a tuxedo dress with sometimes a black coat in several occasions, other times SCP-4451 has been seen wearing a scuba diving suit once he is in the middle of the ocean, and a hazmat suit in radioactive environments. SCP-4451 has changed it's body resembling a woman on multiple times, regardless of the environment, it has also had several new limbs. SCP-4451-2 is made from living human tissue and skin, the creatures varied from humanoid to spider like, they have appeared to have human eyes and mouths on they're torso and arms, SCP-4451-2 usually spawns when a person isn't spared by SCP-4451 in it's rage state, as a result it will start to inject radioactive material into the person's body, and be designated as SCP-4451-2, the effects of SCP-4451-2 are:
- extreme itching
- headache
- back pain
- hallucinations
- vomiting
- asma
- and possibly death if exposed for too long
SCP-4451 will often turn his chamber into a church if such levels of anger are reached, as instances of previous SCP-4451-2 will materialize in the seats, as they praised and sang to it, Mobile Task Force Beta-7 and Zeta-9 are to be called to the site to contain SCP-4451 and possibly terminate any SCP-4451-2 if they become too aggressive, and possibly Mobile Task Force Epsilon-9 are to be called in to deal with SCP-4451-2 that are detected to be heated up in flames, all instances of SCP-4451-2 are to be terminated and SCP-4451 to be taken away from his containment chamber for therapy to calm it down, personnel are to found the individual who caused such event, the containment chamber will go back to it's original state once SCP-4451 temper has decreased.

Addendum: SCP-4451 was found in an abandoned church at █████████ in Portugal, as people have gone missing entering the building, mobile task force gamma-5 has been called to the site where SCP-4451 was located and try to keep it away from public knowledge, SCP-4451 has stated that multiple people have harassed it on several occasions, he turned those who harassed him into his believers, creating multiple instances of SCP-4451-2 as they would praise it until they were either contained or terminated for autopsy, SCP-4451 accepted to be taken and contained by the foundation, SCP-4451 is to be calm as possible to avoid any containment breach, any colorized picture of SCP-4451 is to be burned as it can cause several effects like:
- nausea
- vomit
- paralyzation
- total organ failure
it is possibly due to SCP-4451's appearance change that cause the colorized picture to show SCP-4451 with no face, personnel are also allowed to interact with SCP-4451 with level 5 clearance, SCP-4451 is not allowed to leave it's cell under any circumstances without proper clearance.
note from Dr. Lyman:
"SCP-4451 has been noted to change his personality, personnel are advised to ask it if they can have a visit, to keep it alerted when people are entering it's cell, without any issues with him, we really don't want another accident with him"
Addendum-4451-02 - ██/██/2010: SCP-4451 has shown remarkable intelligent behavior, as it would tell foundation staff how things came to be, Dr. █████ has been assigned to study and listen to SCP-4451's stories and to confirm if they're true or they're simply fantasy, as of now SCP-4451 has not been hostile to anyone around him, yet.
Addendum-4451-03 - ██/██/2010: several foundation personnel have been having nightmares or dreams were SCP-4451 appears in it, they describe that SCP-4451 just stood there in they're dreams watching them, when questioned about this event to SCP-4451 he simply stated that it was just a dream, since then, SCP-4451 hasn't appeared in anyone's dream
Note: after Document #4451-Log12 was made, SCP-4451 is now to be questioned of future events, if SCP-4451 refuses to cooperate, Dr. ██████ is to be called to SCP-4451's cell for trying to calm it down from reaching high levels of anger.
