The following is a transcript of the exploration of Site-84 by MTF Nu-19 following Incident XXXX-2.
BEGIN LOG
N19-Cap: Recording is live. Mic check.
N19-1: Check.
N19-2: Check.
N19-3: Check.
N19-4: Check.
SiteCommand: Transmission is loud and clear.
N19-Cap: Roger.
SiteCommand: Nu-19, be aware the area you are about to enter is suspected to be anomalously compromised. We are currently unable to ascertain the cause or the extent of the anomaly; we are relying on you to do that for us. Exercise caution.
N19-Cap: Roger that, Command.
N19-1: Roger.
N19-2: Roger.
N19-3: Roger
N19-4: Roger.
Team enters Site-84 through main entrance. Feed becomes dark.
N19-Cap: Lights are off. Everyone switch on night vision.
Team switches on night vision. Feed is restored to show the main foyer of Site-84.
N19-Cap: Remain vigilant. Let's cover each sector until we close in on the containment chambers. (Gestures) Move over there.
Team proceeds toward hallway on left of foyer.
N19-4: I hear wind blowing. Temperature's getting colder, too.
N19-2: Hey, you guys see this?
Team moves towards N19-2's position.
N19-Cap: Command, you got visual?
Feed depicts an area roughly five by seven meters running along the northside wall that appears affected by SCP-XXXX, partially exposing Site-84's interior to the outside.
SiteCommand: We have visual, over.
N19-3: Got any idea what the hell is this?
SiteCommand: It is most likely an anomalous effect. We are currently collating all records of anomalies stored at Site-84 before the breach.
N19-Cap: You do that. The rest of you, keep moving.
Team proceeds down corridor.
N19-Cap: Moving foward.
Team approaches containment wing of Site-84.
N19-Cap: Approaching containment wing.
SiteCommand: Team Lead, we recommend you to move toward the containment chamber of SCP-XXXX, as we hypothesize it is the cause of the breach.
N19-Cap: Roger.
Team moves through containment wing until approaching containment chamber of SCP-XXXX. Feed centers on plaque reading:
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
N19-Cap: Currently observing surroundings.
> N19-1: Anyone else smell that?
N19-3: Yeah. Nasty. Is that—blood?
N19-Cap: Observed. Everyone switch on gas filtration.
Team switches on gas filtration.
SiteCommand: Collation is complete. These effects are caused by SCP-XXXX, a Keter-class entity contained at Site-84 prior to the breach.
N19-4: Great, we've got a Keter on the loose.
N19-Cap: Received loud and clear, Command. Team, prepare to engage in self-defense if necessary.
N19-3: Oh, shit.
N19-Cap: Repeat that, Three—oh.
Feed closes in on a severely mutilated corpse. Portions of the head and abdomen appear to have been turned inside out, contorting the body into unnatural shapes.
N19-Cap: Command, you seeing this?
SiteCommand: Received. This effect has not been recorded in SCP-XXXX documentation. Recommend extreme caution from this point on.
N19-2: God, more of them. Look over there.
Feed approaches several other mutilated corpses down the hallway. Blood is spattered on the floor and walls.
SiteCommand: Team, overhead infrared cameras detect a humanoid entity rapidly approaching your position. Estimated distance is 100 meters away. Recommend pulling out.
N19-Cap: Alright. You hear that, everyone? Oscar Mike.
Extraneous data redacted; team exits Site-84 without further complication. Entity does not pursue.
END LOG
Afterword: Following the results of this exploration, it was assumed that SCP-XXXX was the main cause of the containment breach at Site-84. Further investigation on recovered documents not uploaded on the official documentation of SCP-XXXX was conducted (see below.)
