An image of SCP-XXXX in its current state.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained in a 30 by 20 by 10-centimeter steel box contained in Site-81. Testing is to take place in a 3.5 meter reinforced steel cube and is to be monitored by no fewer than fifteen security personnel and 2 research staff.

Description: SCP-XXXX takes the form of a standard Dungeons & Dragons character sheet. When the first and last name of any living human is written in the player name slot, that person gains all of the statistics listed on the sheet, manifesting into an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. They have no recollection of their life before manifesting into SCP-XXXX-1 and believe their life to be the background on the character sheet. Once the person’s name is removed from the character sheet, they will revert back to their original selves. However, the amount of energy supposedly used by SCP-XXXX-1 to perform the actions listed on the sheet is drained from the person. This can result in death if the manifestation performed any of the spells listed on the character sheet, or any extremely vigorous actions. The person will also experience any wounds sustained by SCP-XXXX-1, including death, at which point they will revert back to their original selves. The statistics can be changed at any time by any person, but can only be written in pencil. If at any time the writing on SCP-XXXX is completely erased, the paper will disintegrate and manifest near a random D&D session taking place. When the sheet is formatted to correspond with a living person in our world, that person will be transported to another dimension presumably populated with beings similar to what is detailed in D&D. When that person’s name is erased, however, they remain in the other dimension.

Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was discovered in [REDACTED] USA after a “Huge man with a sword” was reported to be walking through a school. The instance of SCP-XXXX-1 refused to comply with foundation personnel and was subdued using a heavy tranquilizer. The instance was then taken back to Site-81 and Class B Amnestics were administered to those involved. Before amnestics were administered, one of the students at the school mentioned SCP-XXXX and it was retrieved from the school. The player name was erased and the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 was found to be a student at the school. After being interviewed, Class C Amnestics were administered and the student was integrated back into the community.

Addendum XXXX.2: Testing
Name: Dr. ██████████ with Dr. █████ assisting.

Date: █/ ██/20 ██

Procedure: A D-class subject is to be placed in a 3.5 meter reinforced steel cube. The name of the D-class subject is then to be written in the name slot of the character sheet.

Results: Subject D-215174 (Male, 37, Murder) Is placed in the test chamber and the subject’s name is written in the name slot of SCP-XXXX. The subject immediately transforms into an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 7-foot male of undeterminable descent, wearing a black wool cloak and carrying a 5-foot longsword. The subject is carrying all of the items listed on SCP-XXXX and displays all of the traits and ideals listed on SCP-XXXX. When asked where they came from, the instance listed the background written on SCP-XXXX. When asked how it got here, the instance entered a state of distress and became unresponsive until D-215174's name was erased from SCP-XXXX, at which point they reverted back to their original form. When questioned about their experience as the instance of SCP-XXXX-1, they had no recollection of the experience.

Notes: It seems that the instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are from an alternate reality. I wonder what would happen if one came in contact with SCP-XXXX.
