Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 6m x 6m x 6m metal containment unit. At least one member of staff should enter it's containment cell and show affection to it once a day.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity measuring 3.6 metres in height and weighing around 270 pounds. Gender appears to be male, although no genitalia are present. Subject has completely black skin, which is almost similar in appearance to black smoke up close (despite it being a completely solid mass) , with no facial features, save for 2 white dots where it's eyes are located. Subject also possess dark brown messy hair, looking much like a wig, but is in fact attached to SCP-XXXX's head. Subject is commonly seen wearing a grey dressing gown, although has been seen in a suit whenever important staff members are nearby. Despite it's lack of facial features, it's emotions are still easily expressed through gestures such as nods, winks, eye raising (much like eyebrow raising, although due to it's lack of eyebrows, it's eyes are seen to raise as a compensation) and even through body language. Subjects' eyes seem to change shape, depending on the emotion it wishes to show. For example, when it is in a state of euphoria, the eyes will become crescent shaped, much like a generic happy closed eye drawing. SCP-XXXX seems incapable of speech, although seems to fully understand whatever personnel are saying to it, and will respond as mentioned prior.
SCP-XXXX seems to enjoy hugging individuals, and does this as a form of greeting, whether it be to staff or D-Class personnel. Those who have been hugged by the SCP report feeling a immense sense of relief and happiness, with some claiming that even being near SCP-XXXX causes them great delight. Due to it's height and long limbs, it has been described as "the best damn hugger in the world". Subject seems to posses a motherly nature, watching over individuals in it's containment unit. It is theorized that it's hugs seem to be the most appropriate way of it showing this behaviour, and when questioned, SCP-XXXX nodded it's head several times, as if in agreement, further evidencing this.
Attempts to harm SCP-XXXX have resulted in the subject backing away from the attacker and making small whimpering noises, much like a canine. More serious physical trauma, like gunshots, has been shown to not damage the SCP so much as emotionally harm it, and will not approach the aggressor until it's removed from it's containment cell. SCP-XXXX seems to have high levels of durability to pain and injury, although most likely can be hurt with heavy calibur weaponary. SCP-XXXX was found in England walking around in the woods, and when a mobile task force approached it, it seemed to show extreme joy, shaking hands with and hugging all of the members of the team. It was safely escorted into a containment cell, where it hugged at least 50 staff members in the foundation before entering it's cell.
