The affected area of SCP-5882's path is to be sprayed with a hydrofluoric acid when SCP-5882 is in a inactive period.Any civilians that come in contact with SCP-5882 is to be detained, interrogated, and given class-b anesthetic then releases back to their respective countries. In the event that SCP-5882 breaches containment, SCP-5882 is to be detained using armor-piercing rounds fired by a anti-tank rifle and tranquilizer darts. Any test indented on SCP-5882 is to be carried out when SCP-5882 is in a inactive state.

Description: SCP-5882 is a unmarked,self driving white van,approximately 5 meters in length. SCP-5882 is host to a unidentifiable radioactive bio-luminescent fungus labeled as SCP-5882-1. Inside SCP-5882 are 2 bi-pedal humanoid creatures descending from sauropods labeled as SCP-5882-2 and SCP-5882-3 . SCP-5882-2 is of green coloration and approximately 2.37 meters in height. SCP-5882- 3 is of a brown coloration and approximately 4.68 meters in height. SCP-5882 resides in area from Mon ████ to Mon ████. SCP-5882 will be in a active period from July 20th to August 25th. In this active period SCP-5882 will actively attempt to run over bear cubs and harvest tree sap. If agitated SCP-5882 will start chasing down the subject until running over the subject or being detained. No known material or chemical appears to impede on SCP-5882's chase when agitated. When approached SCP-5882 will open it's rear door, SCP-5882-2 and SCP-5882-3 will offer a sub containing bear cub meat, tree sap and SCP-5882-1. If refused SCP-5882 will become agitated and start chasing the subject. If accepted SCP-5882-2 and SCP-5882-3 will invite the subject into SCP-5882. Upon entering SCP-5882 the subject will eaten alive and used as a fertilizer for SCP-5882-1. Subjects who have eaten SCP-5882-1 have been reported to quickly contract brain cancer and die. Shortly after death SCP-5882-1 will start to pilot the corpse for a duration of 2-7 hours then rapidly decompose into a sludge-like state. After the active period ends SCP-5882, SCP-5882-2 and SCP-5882-3 will fall into a hibernation like state. Dr.█████: What was your purpose hiking across the U.S., Canadian border?

Hiker: I got lost from my trail. I was too scared of that thing to notice.

Dr.█████: Tell me what you can about this ""thing"" as you call it.

Hiker: I was hiking on my usual route when i saw a van.
Dr.█████: And what was this van doing?
Hiker: It was just driving. where ever i went it went.
Dr.█████: Did you run into any animals?
Hiker: I did encounter a bear cub but when i ran across it, i scaled a tree and waited. The cub walked in-front of the van and it just ran it over!
Dr.█████: What happened next ?
Hiker: Two dinosaurs walked out and started tearing apart a tree and bottling the sap. I stuck around to see and i saw them scoot forward just enough to find some fungus growing in the back, or shit. my memory is still fuzzy.
Dr.█████: When did they attack you?
Hiker: I tried to run away but they saw me and invited me into their van. they gave me a sub,waited for me to eat it then tore a good chunk of my right arm and my left foot. i ran until i crossed the border.
Dr.█████:Did they stop?
Hiker: I got a ride after i explained wait happened and they took me too ███████, North Dakota. I thought i was safe but no. The fuckers broke right through the walls and i narrowly dodged it.
Dr.█████: When did we come in?
Hiker: A fleet of about 4 trucks came out of seemingly nowhere. They shot the engine with some sort of high powered gun and tranquilized the bastards. I was getting dragged away when i fainted from blood loss.
