SCP-015 "Pipe Nightmare": SCP-015-2
SCP-015-2, hereafter referred to as Escapee, is an adult human male of Middle Eastern ethnicity. Observed leaving SCP-015 in a manner described by containment team as "fleeing". Containment team detained him immediately but initially were unable to communicate with SCP-015 due to a basic language barrier. SCP-015 was quarantined on site for 72 hours and then remanded to Site-[Redacted].
Escapee was interviewed, with Dr.[Redacted] at Site-[Redacted] acting as interpreter. Escapee claimed to have no recollection of who he was or where he was from (linguistic analysis suggests he is from the [Redacted] region of [Redacted]), Dr.[Redacted] seems to think he is being honest about this.
Escapee claims the first thing he remembers is the feeling of being pulled or dragged, plunging into some fluid and then waking up inside a maze of pipework, boilers and plumbing. From his recounting of his experiences it would seem he spent several months inside SCP-015, surviving off live rats which he hunted and scavenging the remains of various creatures (including humans as well as [Data Expunged]). He drank water and other substances from the pipe as well. Escapee also tells of various injuries suffered when trying to break through sections of SCP-015 or when even accidentally striking it, as it would immediately attack him until he moved away from that section. Scarring and other indicators on his person corroborate these claimed injuries.
Upon initial detainment Escapee was in rather poor physical health, however his time spent at Site-[Redacted] in a clean cell and eating a stable diet has mostly rectified this. His mental health however is still heavily effected by his experiences, the team have noted his severe aversion to any form of plumbing and any body of fluid larger than a bucket. When placed in a cell with a sink and toilet he refused to leave the far corner of the cell. He is to be kept in a cell containing no plumbing and given a basic container in which to deposit his waste.
Dr.[Redacted] and the rest of the team studying Escapee feel he poses no threat; all tests indicate he is a non-anomalous human. He has been moved to Site-06-03, where he will be kept under light security and observed for any anomalous developments.
Due to his knowledge of SCP-015, Escapee should only be allowed communicate with personnel of security clearance level 2 or higher. Personnel Level 0 or 1 should only come into contact with Escapee under direct supervision of at least two (2) personnel level 2 or higher. Level 0 or 1 personnel learning information from Escapee about SCP-015 should be detained until an amnestic can be administered.
