Per 
SCP-5002 is a place that no one can go, it's merely an imaginary heaven for non human entities. The reason why SCP-5002 is called "Where the Plastic Bends", is because only toys can go to this heavenly world, but only if the child chooses so. when a child plays with a toy, the toy will act evil or kind. If the child make the toy seem nice in their head, than the toy goes to SCP-5002, if not, well, they can be melted for all eternity.
You know how when you took those plastic army men and lit a match to then melt them. Well that's one of the many ways the entity inside can leave to where ever the child choose so.
