Item #: SCP-6004
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6004 is currently handled by one of the biggest containment specialist teams ZA-12 and it is located in Site-522. Containment of SCP-6004 is of utmost importance in preparation for a possible FT-X end of the world scenario. Site-522 is an underwater facility inaccessible without level 4 clearance in the North Atlantic Ocean used for the containment of both SCP-6004 and SCP-6004-B. Site-522 measures 300,000 square meters and it expands itself every day by digging underwater for the sole purpose of containing SCP-6004.
Description: SCP-6004 is a blind humanoid creature resembling a toddler of unknown origin and gender. It was found on the Coast of Death, Spain after reports of a "kid levitating on a cliff" were sent to the Foundation, and it was immediately contained following the deaths of 2200 members of both MTF Epsilon-6 and MTF Alpha-1 in the span of 5 hours. SCP-6004 was only then knocked out unconscious by unknown reasons right after the sun set. The task force took advantage of said situation to contain SCP-6004 in Site-358 located in Spain. SCP-6004 did not awake until 10 years had passed, at this time Site-522 was complete and SCP-6004 was transfered into the new facility.
SCP-6004 is known as "Fallen from the Skies" due to a tattoo of broken wings that the entity has imprinted on its back. SCP-6004 has a distinct ability of being able to manipulate a dimension at will. This dimention is now referred to as SCP-6004-B, it is a dark space created by SCP-6004 in which everything that gets as close as 20 meters to it will get sucked into the whole and will work as food for SCP-6004. Each time that SCP-6004 consumes a living human, SCP-6004-B will increase in size. Its size right now is approximately —- meters, exact measures are not possible due to the creatures incapabilities of cooperation. It is especulated that SCP-6004-B's size could theoretically increase to that of the entire planet in merely 1 month.
Tests have estimated that SCP-6004 has been alive for approximately 1000 years. Even though his SCP-6004-B never actually disappears, it has a period of rest that lasts from 1 - 100 years depending on the amount of humans consumed. SCP-6004 and SCP-6004-B rest after exactly 60 days. On the 60th day after sunset both SCP-6004 and SCP-6004-B will start resting for an unknown period of time.
The only known way to stop SCP-6004 from using SCP-6004-B is to apply procedure KE-1972. Said procedure consists of playing a specific lullaby song named -- on a cycle for the period 60 days in which SCP-6004 is active. If procedure KE-1972 is stopped or interrupted at any moment in the period of the 60 days, SCP-6004 will be active and will unleash SCP-6004-B with the size it acquired last time it was active.
