Special Containment Procedures: Containment Area 27d is located in site 52 and is to be trapped in 5 separate layers of 50 feet by 50 electric fences that are meant to deliver 100 amps if contact is made. These fences are meant to incapacitate The Black Cat for 5 hours. These fences aren't able to stop The Shadow, see Battle Mechanisms line 3-4. The walls surrounding Containment Area 27d must have no cracks, and if there is suspicion of a break or weakening, there must be a strengthening of the walls using reinforced concrete. To make sure The Black Cat and The Shadow won't stop the process, we incapacitate them using 10-20 guards and transferring them to a twin area known as Containment Area 27db. If Containment Area 27db is to be suspicion of risk, the same process must occur. This transference must occur at least every week due to the constant attacks made by The Shadow to the walls for when he is not communicating with The Black Cat.
Description Of The Black Cat: The Black Cat is a 9.5 inch female Bombay feline weighing at 8 pounds, which has an identical genetic structure to an ordinary feline except for an unidentified mass increase of progenitor and stem cells that allow mass regeneration and prevent aging. The way The Black Cat executes these actions is along with The Shadow. The Black Cat appears to be able to talk in a language we can't decode to The Shadow, with purrs and other vocal sounds have found this through camera footage of attacks done by The Shadow and The Black Cat. The Shadow can also talk to The Black Cat using growls, which is strange since the Black Cat communicates differently.
Description Of The Shadow: The Shadow is a slender 6, 11-foot entity whose skin is unconcentrated vanta black except for he's radiant dark blue eyes. After various experiments, we have found the exact hormones of a human male. Its head is similar to a skull of a deer with 3-foot appendages that are similar to antlers on its head and its hands. The Shadow also can transport himself to The Black Cat. Due to the fact we haven't found a countermeasure, we have allowed them to be together in the containment procedures. The Shadow also has an unidentified mass increase of stem and progenitor cells, which reacts the same effects.
Description Of Battle Mechanisms: If being attacked The Black Cat will spontaneously grow 3.2-inch wings that are colored in red and black with increasements to ground speed to 35 kilometers an hour and 121 to 135 kilometers per hour in wing speed. The Shadow will make itself a shade in the ground traveling rapidly at 20 kilometers an hour, go to the victim, then penetrating their skin with the antlers on its head and hands.
Description Of Their View Of Justice: After observations between The Black Cat, The Shadow, and various personnel [REDACTED] years ago, The Black Cat, and The Shadow showed affection for the inmates. After further research into these D class personnel, it appears that these D class personnel had increased chances of being judged wrongly. Due to this event and evidence from previous cases, we have made a hypothesis that The Black Cat and The Shadow only attack creatures that they deem unlawful. If The Shadow and The Black Cat attack their opponent and execute their punishment if it doesn't result in death, the victim will forget ever coming in contact with The Shadow, but they will remember their first encounter with The Black Cat. Note: The D-class that have been shown affection are currently being used for their interactions with the Black Cat and The Shadow.
Description Of The Termination: After the first five years of containment, The Black Cat was found terminated in her cell, and The Shadow was not found in sight of site 52. There was an investigation that started in the death of The Black Cat. After [REDACTED] months later, there were sightings of The Shadow and a black cat in the cameras in the town of [REDACTED]. After capture procedures, we had found that this cat had an identical genetical structure of The Black Cat. A researcher named Dr. Green, who specialized in magical anomalies and had a hypothesis of reincarnation, and he tested combat capabilities of the cat to find enhanced abilities, which are shown in this current file. He updated his thesis to propose that The Black Cat has a natural reincarnation to gain more improvements to her skills. When the reincarnation occurs, she is transported against her will, and The Shadow is also Transported. This hypothesis has been taken as fact.
