SCP-XXXX is a 20-25 year old looking man that shows up at your house to tell a joke,when he asks to come in,and you presumably said yes,he will then tell a joke and request you do the same.

Side affects are: when/if you tell him a joke he will then start to laugh as his laugh sets off scp-XXXX-2.

SCP-XXXX-2 is an anomaly that warps the building to become a more prestige version of itself.(as in if your wall had been damaged,a hole for example,not only will the damaged area fix itself it will also reinforce itself to become tougher as to not reinstate the initially damage area)

As we interviewed SCP-XXXX he states that he has no "super power" he just liked the sound of laughter and as he told his jokes he then saw that the person's house started to repair itself as he laughed so he stated that it's now his duty to make people laugh.
