The SCP is a aggressive ghost like entity who needs to be in consistent source of water at all times.
The cell is a 10m by 10m cells with one door at the top of the roof. The cell if filled with cold water refilling at all times, At no circumstance will the water stop refilling. The cell walls are frozen steel with fans on the out side of the cell towards it.
The SCP 5212 or know as phantom fire is a ghost like flame, the flame cannot be put out but can be deduced into a light flare in the right conditions. "She" comes in many sizes and shapes mostly turning into the apex predator at the time, they are about as old as time but about 65 million years ago hit the earth causing the "Big bang" and traveled the earth until it wondered into the place know as Hell, Norway 63.4452° N, 10.9052° E where is got stuck in a icy tavern looking for animals to kill. Where it was stuck until one day June 12, 1992 where a group of teens exploring came across there frozen body. Where they immediately called the government which interned called the SCP foundation after they sent a scientist to the taverns and got third degree burns just by being 2m away from it. They carved out the ice after they made the cells and brought it in via helicopter which they left the roof open and let it slip in and welded it shut. Which they held it there for 6 year than they had a power shortage and the ice melted and the creation melted the steel almost instantly and got free and crawled through the [redacted] location because it had not moved for 64 million years killing 8 scientist studding it. The fired which spread 50 miles in 1 day killed over 506,000 acres of forest aka the Florida wildfires. The SCP did have a plan for this but did not plan for the hear and humidity of Florida and it was to drop an ice block spanning 25m on it whilst shooting 6 fans spanning 2 helicopters to help freeze it. But the ice melted too fast so it didn't work, but they had an back up plan for that which they did it again but with 4 helicopters and this time it worked and the original helicopter holding the ice re picked up the ice and flew it back to the site where they had another cage just in case for this plan. Where it has been siting in the site since then which at least 5 backup generators.
Not much is know about this SCP, like where it came from but scientist believe that it came from the outer regions possibly from a fire galaxy. the only thing that is know is it wants to kill and will do it again if not contained. No images have been captured yet because of the ice. It has been reported that the scientist here faint moaning from the cage and almost crying but they believe that it is to lure prey into its grasp.
As of late the SCP foundation is voting on if it is necessary to eliminate the creature.
