Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked container, .5 m per side, at an indeterminate location within Site 19.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a sealed CD recorded by notable punk/jazz ensemble ███████████ and produced by ███ █████ █████ Records, Ltd. As far as the Foundation has researched, SCP-XXXX is the sole copy of the recording. The front of SCP-XXXX is embossed with gold, regal text reading Fructus Viae, stylized as FRVCTVS VIÆ, with the phrase idest a creaturae printed in monotype font on the spine. On the back of SCP-XXXX is a list of 13 tracks along with their respective times, superimposed over a dark, unknown (as of time of writing) symbol.

SCP-XXXX is sealed with an anomalous plastic wrap with a tensile strength upwards of 275,000 MPa, making opening the case without destroying the content impossible with current tools. However, subspectral imaging has proven there is a CD housed inside SCP-XXXX. The Foundation has yet to uncover any other anomalous effects from the CD, but due to the origin of SCP-XXXX, along with the circumstance of it's containment, more research has been requested by Dr. ████████ and Dr. ████-██████.

Gabriel: And he left him there?
Erik: I mean, what more could he do? Derek's bleeding out like a firehose and his hands are quite literally bloody fuckin' stumps. I didn't even know the human body *had* that much blood.
Gabriel: How much blood did he lose again?
Erik: I dunno, at least a few gallons or so. We wrapped his hands with what we could then called 9-1-1.
Erik takes a sip of coffee, then continues.
Erik: When the ambulance does finally get to the studio Derek's somehow still alive, but as white as a sheet. He gets transfusions and eventually shipped over to █████ to their big ER center, but he never recovered. Died yesterday. His brain atrophied from the blood loss, the doctors say.
Erik looks down and sighs.
