Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5418 is to be contained in a 500mL obsidian glass vile in a 5m x 6m vacuumed sealed room. It is to be drained everyday until only 1mL remains and all traces of SCP-5418 outside the glass vile and the draining unit are to be burned immediately. Drained SCP-5418 is to be emptied into a furnace and if any traces have escaped the draining bag, the machine shall be thrown into the furnace as well. In case of SCP-5418 not being drained and exceeding the 500mL vile, 1mL shall be saved and the entire room shall be burned
Description: SCP-5418 is an unknown amount of a black like substance made as a result of a containment breach cross contamination with the consistency of honey. It has been tested that when given questions and it has chosen to respond, it has an extensive amount of knowledge in fields such as: (but not limited to) Geography, Astronomy, Mathematics and Chemistry. SCP-5418 emits a pleasant aroma that attracts a targetuser from a distance of 10m, and in the case of the target standing in front in a straight line, 60m. This ability only appears to affect scps and when tested, entities that have just been classified as an SCP officially now are affected by SCP-5418. Subjects who have experienced the smell have described it as pleasant and it seems to change depending on the user.
Multiple tests have shown that when SCP-5418 is divided up enough, the portion that is less than 1mL becomes less aware and loses cognitive function the more it is divided. Due to this, the foundation has decided to make the minimal amount of SCP-5418 to remain is to be 1mL to prevent a case where SCP-5418 is not able to perform its task.
After subjects have been in contact with SCP-5418 for more than 5 minutes, they begin to experience their skin dissolving off like acid but by this point, subjects ignore the pain to continue to breathe in the smell. After 10 minutes, subjects lose all nerve functions for 30 minutes if removed immediately. Those who are not removed by 13 minutes are paralysed forever with no known cure and for the next 5 days, their bodies beginbodiesdy’s begin to dissolve. SCP-5418 has been known to get close to foundation personnel and when it gets into contact, it burns massive holes in the personnel. No one has survived an encounter with SCP-5418 when angered but it does tend to avoid SCPs as it seems to know it’s own capabilities. Testing has shown that if in the middle of a rage state, even if a personnel is classified as an SCP, it’s rage state is too powerful and will continue to kill, but has shown remorse afterwards.
All sites are to have 1mL of SCP-5418 contained as followed in its containment procedures(location does not matter). In case of breach, whatever amount minus 1mL of SCP-5418 is to be exposed to the breaching SCP. Personal are to keep a safe distance and to wear level 6 A suit. Once the SCP’s nerve functions are disabled, SCP are to be re-contained as they’re procedure and to be injected with level three amnestics. SCPs who have not been provided amnestics accordingly have shown constant stress and anger in search of SCP-5418. Once reconciled, all traces of SCP-5418 are to be burned as well as any extra equipment exposed.
Addendum: Scp-5418 origins have recently been discovered after reviewing a video tape of a containment breach. The following is what was shown on the tape:

Camera is positioned at the side of a hall that leads into 4 hallways as sirens are going off accompanied by flashing red lights.
A scientist runs through the farthest hallway to the one opposite from the one he came from. As he runs by the other side of the two hallways he notices two scps. One of them is SCP-999, sensing danger it came to the scientist who is running for his life. In the other is SCP-106, who has noticed the scientist and has chosen him to kill. SCP-106 processes to grab the scientist and pull him into the one of the walls as SCP-999 holds onto the scientist, trying to keep him safe. Some of SCP-106’s sludge was dropped onto the scientist's leg and it dissolved off, leaving 106 to drag his prey into his dimension. SCP-999, disappointed and sad, heads back into the hallway it originated from leaving the scientist's leg there.
Camera then zooms into a puddle of exertion that had come from 106, 999 and some human blood.
The substances begin to mix, until it turns a black colour and thickens into sludge. This substance begins to grow until a fire broke out which seems to scare SCP-5481 and burns off a large section of it. It remains there until a NTF unit arrives and takes a small amount of SCP-5418and burns the rest.
