Special Containment Procedures : The object is to be held on a metal pillar and covered with a polarized glass bowl or a polyethylene cover. Direct contact with the object's controls or screen outside of testing times is prohibited. The containment cell has to be outfited with electromagnetic waves detectors and a water-based fire supression system. The cell also has to be isolated in metal and needs to have the following dimensions :8x8x8 meters. Upon testing procedures , no more than one Class D personnel is allowed to come in direct contact with the object . The Class D personnel is to be escorted by two guards , outfited with reinforced glass riot shields and tazers. The guards have to maintain a distance of 5 meters

Description: SCP-3911 resembles and old █████████ brand , standard definition television with a screen size of 23 inches or 58.42 centimeters. However , it is abnormally heavy . While scalling indicates a weight of 15 kilograms , a forklift was required to transport the object to Site-██.
Upon discovery , the object shown no signs of functionality , as it was stated by ████ Daves , the previous owner of the artifact. Upon direct contact with the controls or the screen however , the entity starts to start to emit electromagnetic waves. The screen turns on and the object starts switching channels into a seemingly random order. Over prolonged periods of time (from 4 to 6 hours) it starts to send messages via cut dialogue from the channles .

If the artifact stays active for more than 10 hours , it starts to interfere with local communication devices , emiting an hypnotic wave that leads to increased aggression and violent outbreaks of the affected personnel. It has been confirmed to be the cause of Incident 11¹ across the facilty. If the 14 hours mark is reached , the object causes people in a 2 meters wide radius to enter a vegetative state , being unable to move or say anything besides:Free him !.
Water causes the object to interrupt it's effects and resume it's vegetative state until further contact with living beings is made.

1. Incident 11 started on ██/04/████ when several guards started a small riot . The incident was quickly suppressed , with no casualties. Investigations identified SCP-3911 as the cause of the outbreak.
