Ever since SCP-XXXX was put inside SCP-914 and refined on the 'Super Fine' setting by Dr. Jack Bright (who is now suspended from using SCP 914) SCP-XXXX was the result and has received a drastic change in its anomalous abilities and now instead of simply observing words and numbers hovering above the subject's head, we can now see the entire occurrence of the individual/creatures death and it's after events, along with the date and cause of death as well.

Subject: Dr. ██████

Procedure:Dr.██████ sits on a chair while D-██ puts on SCP-XXXX and begins to view
Dr.██████ through SCP-XXXX.

Results:Dr.██████ date of death appears to be on ██/██/20██ and the cause of death is 'Car Accident'. Dr.██████ has started taking psychological help and is keeping himself confined in his own residence.

End Result:Dr.██████ died on ██/██/20██ by accidentally slipping on his child's remote control car and hitting his head against the blunt end of a table which caused severe blood loss and Dr.██████ died due to blunt force trauma to the head.
Analysis: It has been observed that the use of SCP-XXXX can cause the death of the individual instead of preventing it. In this case, Dr.██████ unintentionally caused his own death.

Analysis:
1)If a subject takes many years to be killed then SCP-XXXX will show a 4-5 minute
timelapse of the subject's death.
2)If a colony or vast groups of subjects are viewed at once then instead of providing
details individuals present in the group, SCP-XXXX will still only show the details of
the death of the entire colony.

Addendum XXXX-B:After the events of Incident XXXX-B at Site ██ only researchers that have direct permission from the O5 Council and with Clearance Level 4 can experiment and research SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX-B:SCP-XXXX is starting to show properties of sentience and it seems that the individual wearing SCP-XXXX seems to hear soft whispers & susurrations of a human male who sounds like he is in his mid-40s. These ranging from threats to bargaining for SCP-XXXX's freedom. Should the individual try to silence the whispers coming from SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will gain knowledge about the individuals loved ones and project the most gruesome ways of death of said loved one to the individual and if this is not effective SCP-XXXX will also project Class- █ Memetic Defense Agents which may result in the permanent damage of the individual's mental health and give them mental health issues like:

• Schizophrenia
• Insanity
• Alzheimers
• Dementia
• Permanent memory loss
• Short term memory loss
• Suicidal tendencies
• PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

Not only this but on extreme occasions, SCP-XXXX can somehow manipulate the date of death of an individual at whim and desire which can completely alter events of the future leading sometimes to extreme consequences. However, this ability cannot be controlled by the user of SCP-XXXX and when asked to eliminate an entity SCP-XXXX blatantly refuses. It is unclear if SCP-XXXX has misaligned intentions or if it wants to keep a clean conscience.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-C: Due to the event involving Incident SCP-XXXX-B. Arrangements to move SCP-XXXX to Site-██ for more secure containment procedures are being made. Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects, the O5 Council has rejected SCP-XXXX's proposal of neutralization.

Description:

On ██████, 20██, a containment breach involving SCP-███ , SCP-███ , SCP-███ , SCP-████ forced 3 D-Class personnel and Dr. ███████ to take refuge in SCP-XXXX's containment cell. An hour later SCP-███ breached into SCP-XXXX's containment cell and managed to escape with SCP-XXXX and proceeded to wear SCP-XXXX after which SCP-XXXX seemed to have manipulated or established control over SCP-███ as SCP-███ started to show signs of increased strength and endurance and started to show extremely hostile tendencies (even though SCP-███ was reported docile and peaceful by various researchers) and proceeded to kill 1 D-Class personnel and severely injured Dr. ███████.Under the influence of SCP-XXXX SCP-███ then proceeded to fight SCP-████ and SCP-XXXX neutralized SCP-████ by causing a change in the date of its death. SCP-███ and SCP-XXXX were soon contained by MOBILE TASK FORCE-███.

Through additional questioning of SCP-XXXX, it was found that SCP-XXXX had indeed controlled SCP-████ due to its mental weakness in a bid to escape containment. Due to this, the security of SCP-XXXX is being increased and extra provisions in its research are being taken.
