Special Containment Procedures:
MCP-023 is to be contained in a 10x10x10 feet room. This room must be made out of three layers of concrete and four layers of titanium. Crosses made of concrete will be placed on outside of room due to incident A-4. Room will be plunged down at 400 meters per second due to incident A-1. Once it hits bottom, cables will begin the upwards motion until five(5) meters below the surface.
No contact and/or tests are to be conducted as of incident A-1. All subjects within 500 meters of the containment chamber will be killed immediately.
Description:
MCP-023 is a white american male with certain other cultures mixed in. It claims that its name is 'William' and says that he's the devil's son. MCP-023 is not the child, but a curse created by the devil. When asked through speakers, it responded with this following story;
"Lucifer was once an angel, a beautiful one at that. But, he had created a curse that hid away all of the evil, murdering thoughts. When he fell and became the devil, he placed the curse in the hands of his most trusted adviser, Kane. Kane kept it until he thought it would be right to release it."(END OF LOG)
MCP-023 has been said to have existed in the most twisted murderers in the human race. On the day of [REDACTED], student William Trow entered his middle school in[REDACTED]. The curse of Kane is what MCP-023 is referred to, seemed to posses the boy once at his school desk in first period. He quickly snapped and[REDACTED]. Cops arrived hours later after no students left the school when the bell rung. Cops rushed in to find huge amounts of gore, studding that everyone had been killed a different way. Cops found William and engaged[REDACTED]. After MCP Containment Units were alerted, more than 1000 people had died on the scene. Once recovered, MCP-023 was placed in a holding cell in the new Site[REDACTED]. Once placed there, multiple incidents occurred until MCP-023 was successfully contained and has stayed that way for the last ten(10) months.(This includes escape attempts by other MCP's and full on containment breaches.
