Anyone Who is Exposed To This Noise For Longer Than 15 Seconds, Will Burst Out With Laughter. The Afflicted Subject, After 60 Seconds Of Exposure, Will Be Unable To Stop Laughing Until Death From Exhaustion. Subjects That Survived Stated That They Could Hear The Laughter Telepathically, Which Caused Some Silent Distress.They Also Reported That They Didn’t Even Realise They Were Also Laughing. SCP 5119 Has Been Known To Trans locate After About 3 Months Of Staying In One Area. When This Phenomena Occurs, MTF Eta-11 Will Be Dispatched To Track Down And Contain The Anomaly.
