Special Containment Procedures: All SCP-XXXX instances are to be kept in a secure storage vault at site-114. No less than 4 armed guards are to be present at all times to prevent unauthorized access to SCP-XXXX. All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to be rotated out for 1 week of toxicology testing and psychological counselling after 9 weeks on assignment.

Prior to assignment to SCP-XXXX, personnel must obtain a level 3 security clearance, score a minimum of 60 on the Milgram Obedience Test and secure the approval of the site-114 director.

All personnel found to be affected with or in possession of SCP-XXXX without proper authorization or outside specified testing parameters are to be either terminated or subjected to amnestic treatment and demoted to Class-D personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX testing at the discretion of the site-114 director.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation of 782 off white tablets, 417 skin patches, 214 aluminum beverage cans, 68 bottles of hand sanitizer, 45 bottles of lotion, 41 eyedroppers, 37 syringes, 14 gas canisters and 6 [DATA EXPUNGED] toys that all display similar anomalous properties when ingested, applied to the skin, applied to the eyes, inhaled or inserted [REDACTED].

All instances of SCP-XXXX are found to have very high, though varying levels of both lead and mercury contamination (roughly between 750-2200 ppm and 400-1800 ppm respectively). All those affected by SCP-XXXX are designated SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX was first discovered on January 7, 2020 after a patron of the [REDACTED] nightclub in █████████, Japan was assaulted in the club's restroom. The assailant severed the the victim's left fifth digit above the knuckle with a pair of scissors and forcefully injected SCP-XXXX into her upper arm while shouting "Yubi Yubi! Horayo!".

The victim described the assailant to the police as a female wearing a yellow coat adorned with red and blue ribbons, being roughly 156cm in height, appearing roughly the age of 18, smelling strongly of bread or a bakery, being unnaturally strong for someone of her height and build and having ears and a tail reminiscent of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed dog.

Two days after this incident the victim presented to the ████ █████████ community hospital with abnormal muscle growths and what appeared to be severe symptoms of heroin withdrawal. The victim passed away one week later, after having developed schizophrenia-like symptoms. All treatment provided had proven ineffective. Autopsies had revealed her blood to contain high levels of lead and mercury along with a severely altered brain structure inconsistent with the effects of any known drug or illness.

After similar deaths had taken place throughout Japan, foundation agents embedded within the █████████ police department and the Japanese National Police Agency were sent to find the source of SCP-XXXX.

Though efforts to find where SCP-XXXX is produced have thus far been unsuccessful, a package containing a box filled with 16 instances of SCP-XXXX were recovered with a shipping address that lead back to the Yakuza operated ████ distribution center in ████████ Japan. Mobile Task Force [REDACTED] was sent to infiltrate the center and recover as many SCP-XXXX instances as possible. 4 members of Mobile Task Force [REDACTED] were killed and 7 injured following an unexpected firefight with 16 SCP-XXXX-1 instances working as distribution center security staff.
