SCP-XXXX must not be used to create TDFs with a radius exceeding 20 meters.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be monitored for alterations of its TDF.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a blue, metallic substance of unknown origin. All attempts to determine the composition of SCP-XXXX have failed.
Whenever SCP-XXXX conducts electricity, a TDF is created around it. The radius and intensity of the time dilation are determined by the amount of Volts SCP-XXXX conducted. The radius of the TDF in meters is equal to 15.000 volts per meter. The intensity of the time dilation is less predictable, but when SCP-XXXX conducts 300.000 Volts no time elapses inside the TDF.
The TDF can be blocked by any material with a higher density than 7200 kg/m3.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a humanoid entity composed of burned human remains.
