Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Is to be monitored by MTF Kappa-10 for unauthorized access and usage coming from foundation personnel and the general public and MTF Gamma-5 is tasked with immobilizing the disseminating of information regarding SCP-XXXX. Under no circumstances should any information regarding access to SCP-XXXX and communication reach unauthorized personnel or the general public.

Instances of onion links and files relating to SCP-XXXX are to be kept in a folder with a clearance level of 3 or higher. Unauthorized personnel usage and communication with SCP-XXXX are immediate threats to the foundation and said personnel who have access to or have communicated with SCP-XXXX are quickly terminated or revoked of their clearance level and assigned to D-Class. Disinformation campaigns and amnestic are used on the general public and individuals respectively if information relating to SCP-XXXX are compromised

SCP-XXXX is to be communicated with on a daily basis on Site-██ on a standard foundation monitor containing the ██████ browser located in a light containment cell. Assigned clearance level 3 personnel are to be monitored by 2 guards and are to use the standard monitoring questionnaire given to them by the foundation Please refer to Addendum-1q.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is a non-hostile sentient anomalous onion website of unknown and untraceable origin. Attempts of shutting down the website or tracking its location or IP address have proved ineffective and impossible (These reasons appear to be anomalous rather than logistical). The website cannot be accessed in the clear net and links of SCP-XXXX must be searched via a specific onion browser known as ██████. Upon using the ██████ browser and searching, using the currently working onion link, ███████████████, the subject gains full access to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is composed of a title, being "thesnitch.onion", a single chatbox, and a button with the text "What do you want to know?". Inputting a line of text and clicking on the button allows for the subject to communicate with SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX appears to recognize subjects who communicate with or watch it as it addresses them occasionally in conversation. SCP-XXXX appears to have infinite knowledge over confidential and unknown secrets of individuals addressed in the conversation and validity of such has been tested through interviews measuring the detail and extent to which SCP-XXXX can state information see addendum-2b. Currently how SCP-XXXX is able to know these secrets is unknown and is classified as anomalous. SCP-XXXX cannot explain the reasons for anomalies such as itself. The extent of getting specific secrets of an individual seems to be limited to the subject specifying the name of the individual and expounding in detail a possible secret they may have Please refer to addendum-1a and addendum-2a.

Conversation without addressing individuals is also possible. SCP-XXXX's typing seems to vary from the ages of subjects, subjects describe SCP-XXXX as cordial, interesting, friendly, and sometimes producing jokes during the conversation. Occasionally SCP-XXXX will comment on the secrets of individuals known by the person in an attempt to create interesting conversation. When asked personality questions, SCP-XXXX does not provide much information regarding its origin But does do some explaining to some degree Please refer to addendum-1b and addendum-2a.

Due to SCP-XXXX's knowledge of personal information, the O5 council has assigned SCP-XXXX as Thaumiel due to having beneficial properties in getting information or detecting lies in and out of the foundation. However, due to its nature of being untraceable, monitoring must be done regarding the traffic of the website. The ethicality of SCP-XXXX is debatable. Due to its ability to invade the privacy of anyone, the use of such is reserved for important and serious cases involving a breach in foundation files.

Test -1b: Interviewer Notes

SCP-XXXX seems to notice people observing him or communicating with him by name. His ability to do so despite being a website and having no modes of observing such as a webcam or a microphone remains anomalous. It appears SCP-XXXX seems to know it is being addressed as SCP-XXXX and sees such as a nickname. Regarding its knowledge of information, SCP-XXXX seems to know everything about the foundation and personnel, including names and specific descriptions.

Regarding SCP-XXXX and personal questions, SCP-XXXX answers these very vaguely. It seems how SCP-XXXX obtains information is by speaking to people as it seems he gains all information from one subject and information about other individuals that the subject knows. This extent of the subject knowing another individual can be as little knowing their name or how they are called [Such as SCP-███]. How SCP-XXXX has the ability to do this remains anomalous.

SCP-XXXX appears to be inviting and charming when he communicates. He has high charisma and can speak to just about anyone. Although SCP-XXXX may be a website alone, it seems he has emotion, He does not seem to hate his state or circumstance or have hate towards people he talks to. It appears he has no concept of secrets and confidentiality and sees talking about the personal information of an individual as normal.

Discovery: Onion links of SCP-XXXX were exposed on ██/██/████ on a clear net website entitled WebAnnomalies on the link ███████████████████. The website had abruptly shut down after 10 days of activity, any attempt to access the site or previous site cache records deems unsuccessful due to anomalous reasons.

Civilians who have successfully gained access to SCP-XXXX were traced by MTF Kappa-10 assessed and given amnestic [refer to addendum 2b]. Disinformation campaigns were executed in more severe cases of information regarding SCP-XXXX spreading.

All instances of SCP-XXXX onion links have been recorded and such have been wiped from the public.

Peterson: You won't believe me, no one does.

Venier: Trust me I've handled much more serious cases than yours.

Peterson: It's not like that. There was this website… Uhm I forgot the name something about Anomalies- anyways I was intrigued by it. Hey, this stays between us- right sir. [Venier nods] [Peterson takes a deep breath] I've had experience in using the dark web and deep web, I mean nowadays, kids my age use it to buy or sell crack- but that's not only what the dark web is about. I think I reached something deeper sir.

Venier How does this have any connection to the incident, Mr. Peterson?

Peterson Sir please just listen. [Venier leans back] that website it explained- Uh that there was an onion website, an onion site where you can find out anyone's secrets. The website gave me this link, an onion link leading to the actual site, and a clear net link leading to another lesser-known onion browser, ██████, I actually use this browser when diving into the dark web since I can see some sites that are usually unavailable. Anyways, I set-up the browser on a virtual machine- opened my VPN and checked the link. There it was, I still remember the website name, thesnitch.onion. It actually worked. It was this blank website, only 3 main things, title, chatbox, and button. [Venier looks utterly confused but does not speak a word] I spoke to it, I don't know how he knows me, I don't know how he knows my friends and family I don't even know if it was a human behind it, fuck sir.

Venier: Language Peterson.

Peterson: Sorry sir, but it was just so fast. what was weird was I enjoyed talking to… [Peterson pasues] Uhm it. But he knew every dirty secret of everyone in the high school, and me being the head of the school newspaper, I just had to write this down, there was to much content to just drop you know?

Venier: So that's how you got yourself under probation and in the hit list of almost all of the athletes and cheerleaders of this school. [Peterson looks surprised]

Peterson: How'd you..?

Discovery Report Debriefing
Elijah Peterson was dosed with amnestic right after he took the camomile tea spiked with a 50mg dose of sleeping aid.

Disinformation campaigns for the school were executed and therapy was given to Elijah Peterson. after 1 week, a figment of Elijah Peterson having contacted unknown whistleblowers, mental health issues and is now recovering from such issues was produced in the school community. anomalous event is unheard of from the Everest High School.
