Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-6875's Ability to move freely in the dark, he must have at least 8 SANSI 40W LED Lights shining on him at all times so that there is no way for it to breach containment, he must also be at least 25km+ away from any human or else he will escape using their shadow, at least 4 armed Security guards must be present at all times in case of anyone being possessed by SCP-6875 if a security guard sees this the person possessed will be immediately terminated.
Incase of a breach SCP-6875 must be put under at least 9 thousand+ lux of light before anyone leaves the containment area, seeing as even a hint of darkness can mean escape for this anomaly and can lead to catastrophic results. If this SCP is not contained correctly it may become omnipotent and cause a PATMOS XK-class end-of-the-world scenario. Should this happen the 05 council came to an agreement to launch the Alpha Warhead on Site-██, This should stop SCP-6875 long enough to re-contain it.
Description: SCP-6875 appears to be a human's shadow and can morph into other people's shadows, it is around 10 thousand years old and was said to travel the entire world over 8 times, it doesn't have an exact height and it doesn't have a weight, even though it has a human form this SCP doesn't have any features of one, this SCP is very smart and very manipulative similar to SCP-035, it has a long and black cloak that he has on a table in the back of his containment cell, it was not with it when it arrived to the facility, the cloak is referred to as it's "Home" as it is the only place that this SCP speaks from, the cloak has strange markings on it, the meaning of them is still unknown, this SCP doesn't eat, drink, or sleep.
SCP-6875 has referred to itself as "The King Of Souls", he has also said that he enjoys watching people suffer, his cloak changes color whenever he feels any emotion red being anger, blue being sadness, grey being nothing, green being jealous, no more colors have appeared on the cloak as of yet, when questioned about SCP-106 and 1504 the cloak turned blood red, it was then reported that it killed the researcher questioning it.
Sometimes he will appear with bladed weapons, most have speculated that it was somehow hiding them inside of the cloak, the weapons he has been seen with include, a large scythe with a skull on the top of the blade the blade in the shape of a crescent moon, the hilt was made with an unknown metallic looking wood with patterns etched onto it, this scythe is the weapon he is seen most with, people compare him with the scythe to the Grim reaper, another weapon he has been seen with is a blade that looks almost exactly like the one SCP-076-2 carries, almost as if he got it from the same location.
SCP-6875 doesn't like to be questioned for long periods of time, it can only be questioned for about 30 minutes before it kills the researcher, one of these victims Dr. [Redacted] was the only one that survived for over an hour, the meeting was recorded but after a single hour the recording was cut off, it was said that after 2 of the 4 security guards entered, it did not attack them but simply laughed and went back into the cloak which had turned red the recording was later destroyed.
When SCP-6875 has been attacked in many different ways, from bullets to even being hit with a soundwave capable of cracking all of the glass in a 40 story building, nothing even scratched him
he was only hurt after being hit with a flashlight, if he is attacked then he will simply kill the attacker with his abilities, attempts to try and get samples of the shadow have all failed.
Additional Notes : SCP-6875 was found in █████████, Ireland in 7/19/██ the retrieval had found the cloak on a oak table with a family of 4 surrounding it, the retrieval team was shocked to see that every member of the family had maggots and other creatures crawling out of their eye sockets but the creatures were unmoving just like them, one of the agents decided to shoot one of the family members in the arm to see what would happen, there was no reaction the person didn't even budge and in the bullet hole, he could see that blood was still moving through it instead of coming out, he was in utter shock when he heard shots behind him and a scream, he went to check the other room and turned his flashlight on to see what was happening, there it was SCP-6875 was standing over 3 of his dead colleges, but it was on the move it retreated back to the cloak where it was taken to Site-██
Addendum 6875-1: A failed attempt to get a sample of SCP-6875's shadowy properties led to a containment breach and the death of over 85 staff members 10 class D's and 5 SCPs, SCP-6875 was later found outside of the facility and re-contained
Addendum 6875-2: An experiment was tested with SCP-6875 and SCP-1504 where SCP-6875 tried to kill SCP-1504 but couldn't, so instead he manipulated 1504 into breaking the lights where he escaped and killed all of the staff inside before he was re-contained by 5 armed security guards
