Containment Procedures: SCP-4634 must be contained within a containment block 100x100x100m in volume, and must have at least four (4) active guards at all times that switch off every four (4) hours. There must be constant surveillance over SCP-4634 and at least one (1) guard watching cameras, switching off every hour due to SCP-4634‘s hypnosis effect. The containment facility is located █████ ██████ (███) kilometers off the coast of ████. SCP-4634 Should not come into four (4) square kilometers of rice pudding. SCP-4634 Should not have any contact with anything not human and said individuals should not look SCP-4634 in the eyes. In case of containment breach DO NOT ALLOW SCP-4634 NEAR RICE PUDDING, use electric devices (tasers, etc…) ONLY in order to neutralize SCP-4634. Keep SCP-4634 in sight no matter what.
Description: SCP-4634 is an extremely tall semi-humanoid figure (when docile). It has twenty (20) meter legs and arms and can elongate it’s neck if required. SCP-4634 Has been know to have camouflaging abilities such as changing the color of its skin in moments of fear. SCP-4634 Also has mind alteration abilities, although the total extent of the these abilities in unknown SCP-4634 can access these powers through direct eye contact. SCP-4634 Can become vicious and violent in the presence of rice pudding and uses extreme force. Although having a human-like look SCP-4634 has 10 tentacles that are each twenty-three point five (23.5) meters long but remain hidden usually beneath the custom clothes modeled after the clothing it was found in. These tentacles may extend if provoked. The jaw of SCP-4634 can also open beyond the normal human capacity and has a pressure force of five hundred sixty (560) kilograms .The eye color is undetermined. SCP-4634 Has no hair and is classified as attracted to males of its species due to monitored behavior. It’s species has been recorded before in two cases but these records have been destroyed after analysis, showing the presence of more than one of its species. SCP-4634 is largely docile but will take action if provoked. SCP-4634 was found after an aggression incident in ████████, ████████ on January █, 19██ a bystander described the incident as “if Cthulhu had a child with Dr. Strange and it went on a rampage, it would look like that.” All witnesses were never seen afterwards.

SCP-4634-A: No living witness of this creature, it is believed that about two to three (2-3) days after contact they went missing and are likely dead.
