SCP-XXXX before being taking into the foundation
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard 3mx3mx3m containment chamber, it's clamp must be fasten after every test, SCP-XXXX is to be open every 2 weeks to prevent displacement. If displacement occurs, any personnel that locate it are to contact a containment team immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a mahogany box roughly 7.62cm by 20.32cm by 12.7cm, fitted with a bronze clamp. The box was recovered from Hokkaido, Japan, in 1972. SCP-XXXX, when opened, display's the opener’s worst fear, even if the opener has yet to fear it, also causing immediate paralysis for 5-6 minutes. 10 hours after opening the box causes suicidal thoughts, insomnia, and constant hallucination's. If the box is not open within 3-4 weeks, it will displace itself to the closes subject (review Incident.XXXX.1). All forms of amnestics have proven limited success, any subject that views SCP-XXXX causes a strong desire to open the box, in this case, class A amnestics will work. Therapy also proving ineffective.
Personnel who have open SCP-XXXX are the only ones able to see their hallucination's, though anyone getting too close to SCP-XXXX while open will also be affected. Affects of SCP-XXXX can wear off, it take 5-7 months.
Incident.XXXX.1: On 2/7/1983, Dr.James was found in a serve panic in his office with SCP-XXXX on his desk slightly open, showing that containment procedures was not properly followed, class A amnestics given with hopes of at least preventing suicide. After 6 month's, Dr.James was able to mostly regain most of his sanity, he was interviewed 2 day’s later:

Dr.James: No, they just moved out the way, when I left the room there was like fifty more, that's when I decided it was best to stay in my office.

Closing Statement: Dr.James seems to have extreme arachnophobia and trypophobia,
hallucination's also seem to not interact with the subject and seems to have no real limit of how many can exist.
Addendum.XXXX.1: Amnestics can limitedly add time to most subject's life if suicide is thought of.
Addendum.XXXX.2: SCP-XXXX was discover to not only manifest creature, such as spider's and amalgamation's, but can illustrate written phrases and concept's such as war and other event's.
Addendum.XXXX.3: SCP-XXXX can displaying fears of infection's and diseases, nosophobia and/or hypochondria, the subject can easily be rehabilitated, also SCP-XXXX can cause immediate cardiac arrest if your worse fear is death.
SCP-XXXX effects on photography
Special Containment Procedures: A circular barrier with a radius of 50 meters with SCP-XXXX as the center point is to be established, with one entry and exit point. The public are to be told that grounds are in danger to collapse.
Description: SCP-XXXX takes the appearance of one of twelve animals of the Chinese Zodiac,(See Addendum.XXXX.2) SCP-XXXX is the Dog Zodiac. When a human subject approaches SCP-XXXX, the area surrounding it undergoes a visual desaturation. All color seen in the naked eye and captured in photographic mediums is removed. SCP-XXXX does not alter the land physically, as spectrographic analysis shows the land has no anomalous properties. When SCP-XXXX voice was recorded, subjects report hearing added auditory hallucinations consisting of only a distorted male voice over SCP-XXXX's. SCP-XXXX its located at the cliffs edge, observed to always face the west. SCP-XXXX has so far interacted with 3 residents before Foundation control, only one has a documented interview, Dr. Daniel James(review interview.A.1), the others are unknown.
SCP-XXXX has no corporeal appearance, though when viewed through a camera SCP-XXXX is a Canis lupus familiaris; attempts to completely distinguish the breed have failed, though it most similar resembles a Siberian husky, SCP-XXXX voice remains mostly linear though SCP-XXXX has the ablity to alter its voice if needed.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered on 19/03/57, on "Cliffs of Moher", located near the town Liscannor in Munster Province, Ireland. Reason of discovery was public reports of going temporarily colorblind, all being 10 regular residents. Upon capture it remained unactive for several months.

Dr.James: Right before I left, I made it promise to continue help anyone in need, even if it was pointless in the Foundations control. When I found out that he was at this site, and wasn't cooperating, I wanted to remind him—it of my promise.

Dr.Micks: Firstly, do you know how you became a spirit?
SCP-XXXX: Yes, in my mortal life just a few seconds after death I saw a spirit but human, he called himself Huangdi. He said saw larger amounts of courage, intelligents and faith in me, and offered me a longer life as the dog zodiac, I accepted. Before I was placed here he said that their are other animal zodiacs, for ever one of them, and that I was only just a ancient ancestor of the first dog zodiac. there is limit to how long I will last as a spirit, since Huangdi thought such imortality was a curse, so I was given only 250 years, i passed 6 of them.

His circumstances got better, making use both happier. In my mortal life I was close to dying, Ryan saw that I was and gave me one last smile before I, or what I thought I did, closed my eyes forever. I enjoyed his last gift, encouraging me to accept Huangdi's offer, hoping for a smile just as great as his.
