Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a standard cell with a glass cover overtop the object to prevent items falling into it.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small picture frame measuring .4 x .25 meters in length (~15 x 20in). Inside of the picture frame is a dark portal leading to a pocket dimension of unknown contents and size.
Addendum: In an attempt to discover the contents the foundation sent drones equipped with night vision into the portal. Any live footage from the drones resulted in radio static after entering the object as well as any footage being deleted. Due to the objects size it would be impossible to send a human subject into the dimension. Sonar and Lidar equipped drones had the same outcome.
The only effective way to record SCP-XXXX is from exterior cameras, two of which are positioned directly above SCP-XXXX on the ceiling of the enclosure. One of these cameras is equipped with night vision.
Researchers observing SCP-XXXX reported movement inside the cell leading to all recordings to be saved to onsite servers for later examination. Upon review of camera footage an unidentifiable entity moved across the entrance of the portal.
This entity has been named SCP-XXXX-a and through the use of high speed camera's constantly recording during multiple sightings, the creatures appearance has been determined. The entity has long slender limbs and torso, its height is approx. 1~1.5 meters.
Researchers believe that if SCP-XXXX-a wanted to escape it could. This prompted researchers to request a re-classification to Euclid, this request was denied due to no proven danger or risk of containment breach. Two armed guards were positioned in the room in case of SCP-XXXX-a's escape.
