Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5994 is to be housed in site 399 unless from direct orders from the 05 Counsel. The SCP is to be restrained by four chains, made from [Redacted], attached to each limb and holding it to the containment chamber. the chamber is to be a 50 meter cubical area with walls of 5 feet of solid titanium due to SCP-5994 having "strength beyond what is scientifically believed to be possible." SCP is to remain with the snout under a heavy type 8 muzzle that must be clamped at maximum to insure that SCP-5994 is unable to open its jaws. if SCP-5994 is able to escape or remove the required restraints the facility must attempt to neutralize or preferably restrain or tranquilize SCP-5994. No personnel under class 4 clearance must enter the containment cell or make contact with SCP-5994 or be terminated. Any foundation members who enter or make contact with SCP-5994 are to be analyzed through the entire psychoanalysis process and any abnormalities noticed that prove to be related to SCP-5994 will also result in Process ELDRITCH termination. SCP-5994 must be under the effects of a class B sedative at all times, if the sedative effect wears off before the next sedative takes effect the SCP will be given a class A tranquilizer to insure the docility of SCP-5994. After every 72 hours a heat resistant coating is sprayed on the walls, floor and ceiling of the containment chamber for protective measures. Any breach attempt by SCP-5994 is to be taken note of and new procedures will be set as to assure the containment of SCP-5994. Research conducted on SCP-5994 is to be taken from robotic machines and a doctor watching the AI cameras at all times while the Robot is in the containment area.
Description:
SCP-5994 is a Colossal lizard like sentient creature that resembles what seems to be a draconic creature or dragon, as according to structural scanning. SCP-5994 is near 35 meters in hight and with wings reaching up to 75 ft in altitude at maximum. The creature has scales that resemble steel in durability near a foot in length across its entire body with the exception of eyes, internal organs, and underbelly; consisting of large softer plates. If the creature so chooses, it can expel heat from the scales on its neck, face, and upper torso; reaching at maximum 89.84 degrees celsius, for up to 10 minutes and 14.65 seconds. On the occasion that SCP-5994 chooses, it can expel a large burst of flame that reaches 40 meters at maximum, that can render an average human with no anomalous properties, ash in 0.045 seconds. SCP-5994 has a flight speed of maximum of 120 miles per hour, and a land speed of nearly 45 miles per hour. SCP also can move most of its scales and can create a blast of air when running that can damage nearby vehicles including cars and helicopters.
SCP-5994 is resistant to nuclear weapons and most poisons as shown in addendum: 23971, and is very susceptible to flame resistant substances; as in SCP will attempt to avoid most flame resistant substances due to its constant use of heat related bio-weapons. SCP-5994 is also capable of speaking to sentient creatures with some form of telekinesis; see addendum: 93776, and is very capable of influencing the choices of those it has contacted. SCP has been proven to be able to sustain itself without food for up to one month, this occurs when SCP enters a self-induced coma for up to 661 hours, the coma ends when SCP-5994 requires food or water to the point of near starvation or dehydration. the SCP is to be fed once a day with meals consisting of 5 on average of the non decaying corpses of humans and any personnel who face elimination by some means that does not require the corpses not being able to be consumable. Once every year on September 13th the SCP is given a meal of fresh meat such as live cow, sheep and other livestock because SCP claims to have been born on this day "2521 years ago on the year 501 BCE." This is seemingly accurate.
