General idear: subject in custody with unexplained knowledge of scp foundation tells crazy story about to reality bending sisters and his own weak reality bending properties. one sister is aledegedly 05 council member. noone believes him because no hard evidence of story or his own abilities . abilities are only subconsious and occur randomly after some time in containment. objects around him change form but not function: colour, form etc. floor plans start to change in ways not according to physical laws or logic. subject is transferred to other site and subdued to further questioning and testing. subjects abilities are dream like: things around him change like in a dream with no concious control over them. Things change because they change. Subject knows things just because. Like a dream with random things happening. Since the subjects reality bending abilities anything subjects claims to know could be true and anything subjects claims to exist could exist. Total confirmation of story from beginning cannot be made since any information about 05 council is classified and certain claims about the council and its intend from subject is redacted and the subject has not been terminated despite that beeing possible on behalf on the council. Foundations integrity could be compromised just form the pure existance of these reality benders. Maybe continued testing

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be hold in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-XX (site with other standard human anomalies) specialized human containment cell. SCP-XXXX should be prohibited from interacting with other inmates from leaving his cell and is only allowed to speak with authorized personell with security clearing 3 or higher. The walls are to be constructed of sound proof glass aswell as the doors. The cells interior decoration has to be designed and approved by Doctor [Redacted thingys] and should not exceed a total cost of [cost] (See addendum X). Two guards are to patrol the cell around its glass walls and should only leave the permiter of the cell when changing shifts. They are not to engage with the Subject at any time, simply ignoring it at every given time. Any changes to the cells extirior or intireor designs are to be reported to the on-site manager immediatly. Any violations are to be treated as a higher violation of classified data distribution and are to be treated accordingly. (See addendum Y) .
Description: SCP-XXXX is a young male adult of mixed ethnicity and looks. SCP-XXXX is a type B reality bender. (For a detailed discription of reality distorting types please check document). Its anomalous effects are therefore not bound by possibilty or logic, but cannot be used consiously and occur spontanious.
