All unredacted documentation of SCP-XXXX is to be placed in paper form in a standard metal containment container at Site-XX. Any movement in the vacinity of SCP-XXX's containment chamber should be responded to by forced amnesticization of the being causing the movement, unless the individual has been approved for testing. There currently exists no reason for movement in and around SCP-XXX's containment chamber due to testing of SCP-XXXX being postponed. Due to the ease of SCP-XXXX's spread, all responce teams must be equipped with soundproof helmets as well as have no affinity for reading the lips of individuals they are near.

SCP—XXXX is a memetic hazard that spreads through the use of a memory of █████████. This memory is extremely contageous and even hearing, reading, or thinking a discription of the memory will cause the memetic hazard to spread to the individual to spread with this memory. This occasionally causes spontaneous spread of SCP-XXXX through individuals imagining a fake memory that matches the description of SCP-XXXX's spreading agent. It also means that reading the lips of people speaking of the memory, whether or not the individual can actually hear the person speaking, will cause SCP-XXXX's spread, which has required the above containment procedures.
SCP-XXXX causes the individual to remember all experiences that the individual has ever remembered in their entire life. This occurs whether the individual has any mental degeneracy, memory altering disease, or the memories have been forgotten through the use of amnestics. While the memory of ██████ remains in a persons mind, they will be unable to forget anything be that through intentional brain damage amnestics etc administered willingly or unwillingly. Of partiular note is that anti-memes are still unable to be remembered, and that SCP-XXXX does not prevent the leaking effect they have on a persons memory.
Another note has to do with the information that is returning to the mind. If enough information has previously been forgotten by the individual who is now being affected, whether that be through disease, brain trauma, amnestics, or any other cause, all of this information will return all at once, and that if enough information is returned, it will overload the individuals mind, and cause immediate brain death. However, this is exceedingly rare, and most commonly occurs with individuals who have previously been administered amnestics that caused them to forget a minimum of one year of their life.
While individuals are affected by SCP-XXXX, the most prominent memory in their mind will be the memory that causes the spread of SCP-XXXX, and with the deleriousness that commonly accompanies being recently affected by the SCP due to a large amount of memories being remembered, individuals will often inadvertently spread SCP-XXXX through speaking about this most prominent memory while they are in this state.

Addendum 1: Interaction with amnestics.
The interaction with amnestics is of particular note with this SCP. No memories are capable of being forgotten by the individual by any means, save for the memory that causes the spread of SCP-XXXX itself. However this memory is extremely difficult for the individual to forget, requiring intence targeted brain damage, extremely potent memory altering diseases, or a minimum of class D amnestics. Despite this, it has proven to be the case that class D amnestics can be administered to individuals to return them to a moderately normal life.
Of particular note with the administration of amnestics to individuals affected by SCP-XXXX is that when an individual forgeths the memory causing SCP-XXXX, they will forget everything that they have remembered due to the SCP. They will also forget anything that has happened since being affected by SCP-XXXX. This includes returning the individuals short and long term memory to their state immediately before being affected by the SCP, meaning that from the individuals perspective they will have teleported from their position before being affected to wherever the amnestics have been administered.
