Special Containment Procedures:
Scp-xxxx is to be contained within the perimeter of its point of origin, a 3 acre field of sweet corn designated Scp-xxxx-2 located in [REDACTED], Wisconsin. It is to be patrolled by no fewer than 6 armed guards equipped with noise cancelling headphone to prevent the agents from hearing and being effected by the cry's of Scp-xxxx . All non foundation personnel attempting to break into containment must either be aggressively apprehended or terminated before containment is breached. This is to maintain population control of Scp-xxxx. Any person or persons affected by these actions will be given Amnestics to maintain secrecy of Scp-xxxx and Scp-xxxx-2. This operation will be done during the time that the area plants and harvests their crops, roughly between late April till mid June. The objective of patrolling the field is not to prevent the creatures from escaping the field but to prevent civilians from entering the area and being attacked by the creatures. Scp-xxxx can not leave or be removed from the area without the creatures falling gravely ill and dying within minutes. This has made research extremely difficult and dangerous due to researchers being required to perform tests within the anomalous area. At the beginning of the season, a single d-class personnel must enter the field to be used to facilitate the creatures social and reproductive needs. The creatures have a diet consisting entirely of the corn grown within Scp-xxxx-2 and human blood. If given corn that has been grown in any other location the creatures violently begin vomiting, expelling their internal organs and dying. For this reason, under no circumstances must any other food be allowed within the anomalous area. At no time should more then two foundation personnel be allowed within Scp-xxxx-2.
After the harvest season no fewer than five d-class personnel will guard the area. This is to ensure the area remains under containment in the off season. As the harvest season ends and the corn has been harvested the creatures hibernate under the ground within the area of Scp-xxxx-2. At this time the alpha Scp-xxxx is violently torn to pieces by the other Scp-xxxx to allow for the beginning of the next season. No special containment measures are required during this time as the creatures will parish if exposed to the harsh Wisconsin winters.
Description:
Scp-xxxx are classified as a Euclid class anomaly due to their inability to survive more the a few minutes outside of their point of origin but also there complete dominance within Scp-xxxx-2. Though Scp-xxxx can not leave the perimeter of Scp-xxxx-2, any human entering the area is subject to violent dismemberment by Scp-xxxx. Scp-xxxx are hairless monkey "like" creatures with large bulbous eyes that are no more then 50.8 centimeters high when walking on its hands and legs. However, they do possess bipedal movement and when standing can reach 1 meter in height do to their elongated limbs. The creatures teeth and claws are also dis-proportionally elongated, with only the top portion of teeth being elongated in this way. Some adolescent specimens have been found to have upper teeth as long as 12.7 centimeters, adults however can exceed 20.32 centimeter. Their spines are curved and distort wildly and they hunch over when on all four limbs. However, the spine can violently and grotesquely be straightened when threatened and standing in the up right position. Due to this violent transformation the spine is always exposed, being ripped through the skin during transformation. They also possess no tail but some male adult specimens were found to have fashioned a makeshift tail out of a human spine. This strange behavior is believed by researches to be a kind of "peacocking" or mating and social dominance practice. Because of this the creatures are highly aggressive to humans and can use their long teeth and claws to extract a humans spine from the victims body in seconds while the victim is still conscious and standing. Despite this odd behavior, no female specimens have yet been discovered and it is believed that the creatures do not reproduce in the conventional sense. At this time researchers are unaware of how the population has grown so large in such a short time since the foundation first took control of Scp-xxxx-2. It is however understood that increased human sacrifice or the amount of human victims directly corresponds with the rate of reproduction.
Scp-xxxx also posses the ability to mimic the sound of a lost child, crying and screaming for help. This has a psychological effect on most victims with children of their own as the cry's can mimic the victims offspring. It furthermore has a some what hypnotic effect on the victim, filling them with a misplaced sense of bravery and willingness to do what ever it takes to save the "lost child". Using this method Scp-xxxx can lure victims into the field where other Scp-xxxx will ambush the victim, ripping them limb from limb in an attempt to be the first to acquire its spine and become the alpha male.
Attempts to substitute human blood for animal blood, like that of a cow, have also had similar results as the foreign corn, but with the added effect of enraging all other Scp-xxxx into a frenzy attacking all personnel within Scp-xxxx-2. For this reason only two personnel are to be within Scp-xxxx-2 at any given moment, a single researcher and a single d-class to be used as a sacrificial buffer between the alpha and the researcher should there be an attack. Once the creatures are given their sacrifice for the year and a alpha male has been chosen, all other Scp-xxxx become docile with the exception of the alpha that grows exponentially more aggressive and violent. This does not however mean that the creatures become safe or non aggressive. It is only to imply that their blood lust has been satiated for the season but the creatures can still be extremely dangerous to humans if they perceive the individual as a threat to them or other Scp-xxxx.
Scp-xxxx was discovered by the [REDACTED] family of southern Wisconsin. The field, designated Scp-xxxx-2, has been owned by the family for generations. This field will yield 5x the amount of crops as initially planted at the end of the harvest and be of the highest quality in the midwestern United States. The family has always known of the existence of Scp-xxxx within Scp-xxxx-2 and believe the creatures to be beneficial to them by helping to produce better yields of crops and bringing fortune to their family at the expense that the family must supply the creatures with human sacrifices each year. Scp-xxxx oddly will not attack or harm the family in any way. It is deduced that Scp-xxxx is aware of who owns and cares for the field in a sort of "Don't bite the hand that feeds you" scenario. It is for this reason that the [REDACTED] family is of the upmost importance to the foundation and are awarded a sizable yearly salary by the foundation to be allowed to study Scp-xxxx for agricultural applications.
Scp-xxxx-2 is currently owned by [REDACTED], a male in his mid 70's of the [REDACTED] family who is the last living member of the family. [REDACTED] contacted the foundation when his ability to work and provide the required yearly sacrifice was impeded due to his age. At this time the foundation assumed soul responsibility to farm the area, provide a yearly sacrifice, and provide the means to contain Scp-xxxx. Upon [REDACTED]'s death, soul ownership of Scp-xxxx-2 will be granted to the foundation and all responsibilities as well. It is unknown at this time if the role of "hand that feeds" will transition to the foundation or a single foundation employee upon the death of [REDACTED] or if upon the death of [REDACTED], Scp-xxxx will become uncontainable or simple die out. The connection with the [REDACTED] family is a of great intrigue and research.
