Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3816 is to be locked in a 5 x 5 meter of reinforced glass windows room. Personnel of Level 4 or lower must have written permission from Dr. ███████ to interfere with SCP-3861. Any violation of the procedure must proceed with Termination.

Description: SCP-3816 appears to be a standard analog clock, but apon further inspection it shows that there are no manufacturing labels. any attempt to break SCP-3861 have been proven to fail. SCP-3816 was found in ████ █████████, Wisconsin on 03/21/19██. When Turning SCP-3816’s clock hands, forcefully or mechanically have shown that however much time you turn the clock it fast forwards time., EG. turning hands 30 minutes- 30 minutes have passed. Moving clock hands backwards have shown no effect on the environment. If a Personnel has moved the clock hands they will not notice any change at all, they claim that they turn the hands and stand there waiting for something to happen, but nothing does. If Personnel observe the subject ,(furthermore know as SCP-3816-1) they report just observing SCP-3816-1 standing there for the amount of time they moved the time they turned the clock hands.
