Item #: SCP-XXXX
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is stored in a standard containment cell. Contact with SCP-XXXX-1 is not allowed unless approved by a researcher with level 3 clearance or higher. Any personnel that enter SCP-XXXX's containment cell are to be detained and tested for signs of SCP-XXXX-2's influence.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a tablet made of cracked, rough clay with the writing 'PRECIOUS HOPE, PRECIOUS THOUGHTS' written in worn black ink. When anyone makes contact with SCP-XXXX-1, they are knocked unconscious and SCP-XXXX-2 begins to exert it's influence over that person.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a parasite that is able to control most of the host thoughts. The host seems to be aware of these fake thoughts and assumes it to be their own. In about 5 days, SCP-XXXX-2 has complete control over the host, and the host dies 10 days later.
