Description :
SCP-##### is a humanoid who has the measurements of an average 18-year old man, and does not look different from a normal human at first glance. Upon further inspection however, it's face seems to be covered in a black haze that isn't see through. SCP-##### is wearing a *REDACTED* brand winter coat and black jeans. The hood remains in the upright position, even when it should be impossible for it to be so. The anomalous properties manifest when somebody tries to view through the black haze. The subject who has viewed SCP-#####'s black haze for more than 3 seconds will lose it's own will and become SCP-#####-2. SCP-##### will lead SCP-##### into a nearby secluded spot where SCP-##### absorbs SCP-#####-2 into it's black haze. The properties of the black haze are unknown and SCP-#####-2's whereabouts after this process remains a mystery. It has been theorized that SCP-#####'s black haze leads to a pocket dimension. SCP-##### is capable of making anomalous snow start falling from varying heights. SCP-##### seems to be capable of controlling it's own snow. The snow was tested and found to be -200 Celsius, however the snow does not affect anything but the surface it touches. SCP-##### is only capable of producing a finite amount of snow. After testing was done, it was found that when SCP-##### has consumed a SCP-#####-2 the coldness of the snow increases and so does it's amount of snow it can manifest. Foundation found SCP-##### at *REDACTED* in the country of *REDACTED* in the northern hemisphere.
Containement procedures:
SCP-##### is to be kept in a 5m x 5m x 5m containement cell. The walls in the cell must be made of a material that is able to withstand temperatures of -200 Celsius without weakening. These walls are surrounded by a secondary wall capable of withstanding 1200 Celsius. The cell must also be able to withstand forces of over a million newtons .The cell must be equipped with emergency napalm distributors which will in case of an emergency cover the inner walls of the cell in napalm and light them on fire. SCP-##### spends most of it's days using it's snow for different purposes. It has made overall dozens of sculptures and has made an igloo. Despite the Foundation's attempts, the snow cannot be reduced over *REDACTED* kilograms. Numerous attempts have been made to communicate with SCP-##### with no results, however it still has been proven to be sentient and should not be interacted with without permission of a level 3 researcher or above.
