Class-D Personnel was lured towards the SCP and Class-D Starts reading SCP-4038 The D-class started acting all up then his face starts coming off then He turned into SCP-4038-2 We took another Class-D Personnel to enter the containment chamber for the test SCP-4038-2 Jumps onto Class-D Then bit the Class-D. This ended up to an exploding chest and there were no organs inside
