Description: [SCP-XXXX was found in 1999 in a abandoned burned vehicle with only the dashcam not being destroyed, the first responder looked into the Dashcam to check what happend and saw accidents happening to loved ones and later got an car accident, they have still not found the body. It was until then that the SCP Foundation containted it and transferd to SITE-19. The reseachers requested 1 subject to do further testing on the 'it'.
