Special Containment Procedures: Per characteristics of SCP-6000, direct containment is impossible. SCP-6000-A is located at the underground containment zone of Site-133, individually power-supplied. Access to containment zone requires 4/6000 clearance.

Decription: SCP-6000 is a metaphysical concept, manifesting an opaque equilateral triangle in human minds. Since March 2035, SCP-6000 has repeatedly appeared in humans' thinking processes, whereas it is proven that no side-effects other than slight obstruction of mind flow has so far been detected.

SCP-6000-A is a Foundation-made machine retaining the existence of SCP-6000, with size 3m by 3m by 1.5m. A control panel is equipped to monitor the status of SCP-6000-A, whose internal structure cannot be fathomed by human beings. However, as it is loaded with weak AI, self-correction, self-repairing, and network firewall can be operated, further analysis of its working mechanism is unnecessary.

SCP-6000-A cannot withstand physical damage. Once it is destroyed, SCP-6000 will disappear, related research reveals that it will cause a K-class scenario.

Addendum 1: SCP-6000 and Noospheric Homology Theory

Before the invention of SCP-6000, a number of metaphysical triangles - formerly coined "primordial simplices" - naturally existed in human noosphere. Prior to their detection, the "Noospheric Homology Theory" was put forward by Prof. Grant Pearson, a mathematician and psychologist. His lecture recording, together with slides, was archived in Foundation database back in 1935 and well-preserved until now. Below is an excerpt of one of his lectures.

……so why do we have intelligence, unlike other creatures? Or more specifically, how do humans think?

Imagine your brain is a screen, and several lamps light it up, from different angles. These lamps are - in noospheric understandings - "primordial simplices". These simplices are like suns, lighting up billions of small, delicate screens of human thoughts orbiting around. However, this is not enough. between lamps and screens, there are films. Colored films. White simplices, through the films, are projected to human minds with different shapes and colors. Those individual projections on screen are called "idea units", the building block of your complete thougths. After that, colorful triangles translate and rotate on the brain screen, trying to bind together. The product, a colorful image on your screen, is your roughly constructed "ideas", without doubt.

Okay, now you have something in your mind, but if you want to successfully convey them, your mind must treat the image correctly, or mathematically speaking, to "homologize" it, just like restoring a stereoscopic shape from its three-view drawing.

I know it is hard to understand at first, so let me give an example. Imagine you build a taxi with lego bricks and show it to your son. If you tell your son the total composition of the brick taxi like, "hey sweetie, this is a red brick with a yellow brick on it, with three blue bricks around, with a window in between, …" he would definitely be confused and you consume a lot of time. In contrast, if you tell your son, "Hey sweetie, it is a taxi made out of bricks!" He would understand, eager to play it. This is an analogy to tell you the power of homology when you deliver your thoughts.

So looking through the whole process of thinking, you have "primordial simplex" to start off, then "idea units" as the building block of ideas, transformation of them into roughly-processed ideas, and manifestation of a complete thought by your brain.

If you have studied topology before, you may find that the whole thing is based on homology theory. Simplex, projections, equivalence, homology, two-dimentional manifold, stuff like that.

The glamor of this theory is that we can interpret many phenomena with it. What do amnestics and other psychotropic drugs do? They hamper the final homology. You may have shattered thoughts in your mind, but it is impossible for you to form a complete memory. What do antimemes do? They directly block or even damage your screen of brain, so you may never receive certain combinations of ideas. Or, you may recognize them for an instant, and then they quickly fade away. It is reasonable to conjecture that there are means to directly block the formation of idea units, or even destroy primordial simplices…
