Recovery Log: SCP-#### 1 to 5 were recovered in 3/7/████ after a unknown signal was detected by Site-01. Mobile Task Force Delta-9 was send to investigate. Mobile Task Force Delta-9 located a unknown Foundation Site at the location of the signal. The task force retrieve SCP-#### 1 to 5, With other object that were non-anomalies.
Addendum-1: SCP-####-1 was use by a Sergeant ██████ of Mobile Task Force Delta-9 to unlock a door of a room at the unknown Foundation Site. When the door was unlock and open to a dark room. Sergeant ██████ was grab in to the dark room and the door slam shut behind him. The door was open again to a bright office room with a mangled body of the Sergeant ██████.
