Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4440 is to be kept in an underground, natural cage. Reinforced with running water over the top of it's containment. 20 trained guards are to be stationed surrounding SCP-4440's containment. If the water flow changes in the slightest guards are to release a special nerve gas, designed to incapacitate anyone who inhales it. If SCP-4440 is spotted, the guards are to shoot on site, and sound the alarms.
Description: SCP-4440 is a tall figure, humanoid in shape, with a red glow that has no apparent source. It's arms are knee length and it is around 8 feet tall. Although it appears humanoid, anyone who comes within 5 meters of SCP-4440 is instantly surrounded by a pillar of red energy, assumed to be some sort of gas time energy. This gas will strip away layers of the human body until nothing is left but the bones. SCP-4440 will then consume the bones as some sort of sustenance, as it doesn't need anything else to survive. The source of this energy appears to be a backpack, purple in color. Attempts to remove this have been unsuccessful. See test 3-A. SCP-4440 also appears to be able to move through man made physical objects.
