Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4860 is to be kept in a containment cell big enough as to allow it to move and play. It is to be fed six (6) times per day, once every four (4) hours. SCP-4860 acts incredibly docile while in the presence of any female personnel, it is for this reason that there must be at least one (1) female Foundation member inside its containment cell. However, no male personnel must enter SCP-4860's cell at all costs for they will not come out.
SCP-4860 is now in the custody of Dr. Elizabeth Eabarcrombaigh who has taken residence in SCP-4860's containment cell. When Dr. Eabarcrombaigh takes needs to leave the containment cell for any reason, it is advised to not leave SCP-4860 alone, as even a minor inconvenience can lead to it utilizing its immense power to break free from the cell, so any female individual, D-Class and beyond, should enter the cell and take care of SCP-4860.
Description: SCP-4860 appears to be a ten (10) month-old baby of no abnormal physical features. It nonetheless, possesses great psychic and reality-bending abilities, making SCP-4860 capable of short distance teleportation, matter manipulation, mind control, and other yet to be identified abilities. SCP-4860 great reality-bending powers come at the cost of an accelerated metabolic system, and it is for this reason that SCP-480 requires to be fed at least six (6) times per day.
SCP-4860 was discovered in a seemingly abandoned house in ██████, ███████ approximately 6 months ago by an unknown civilian who filed a noise complaint. The Foundation intervened once the ██████ Police Department reported the gruesome deaths of 3 of the 4 police officers that went to investigate the noise complaint. An MTF unit was deployed in the scene to investigate, the unit was made up of three (3) male and two (2) female personnel. Only the female personnel returned.
