Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4128 is currently kept at Site 22 in a C-class cognitohazard containment locker. When SCP-4128 is not being tested, or it is being relocated, it is to be kept in a 10cm x 10cm x 10cm opaque plastic box tended by at least two(2) level 2 personnel, and not left alone with any one person, as to prevent SCP-4128 entering an active state.

In the event that SCP-4128 is found outside of its containment without prior knowledge that it was removed, and is in an active state, a site-wide role-call will be enacted, to isolate any SCP-4128-A instances, and prevent SCP-4128 from causing a Pariah-event.
