Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be locked up inside a large containment chamber with its walls and doors reinforced is to be monitored 24/7 due to a containment breach involving the death of one site personnel who attempted to interview with SCP XXXX.
If SCP XXXX is attempting to breach containment, all monitors are required to deploy an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) into SCP XXXX containment room, once SCP XXXX is disabled agents must transport subject into a temporary holding chamber until the permanent chamber is checked for damages.
If the deployment of electromagnetic pulse fails, all facility guards within SCP XXXX sector are to arm themselves with an HLSL-12, (See HLSL-12 safety guide) that fires a red sticky substance to disable robotic subjects or electronics (similar to a shotgun). Once armed all agents must report to SCP XXXX chamber, once at the chamber monitors must open the reinforced door and facility guards must shoot SCP XXXX with the HLSL-12 until the subject is disabled or no longer moves, and is to be placed into a temporary chamber whilst permanent chamber is checked for damages.
Any requests to interview with SCP XXXX must be granted above clearance level 04 and any attempts to dismantle SCP XXXX are prohibited unless 05 council demands it.

Description: SCP XXXX is a bipedal humanoid robot. Standing at 1.9 meters tall (6.2 ft) and weighing over 132 kg (290 lbs). SCP XXXX entire torso consists of titanium and steel with a black and yellow color coating on the exterior of the body

SCP XXXX legs contain titanium and large electronic motors in each leg to make the subject walk or run at an exceeds rate, its varied from fifth-teen (15) km/h to thirty (30) km/h, and SCP XXXX can run up to 5 minutes at maximum speed, once running for five minutes it slows down and it shuts itself down for 10 minutes and then reactivating itself confused. (See addendum log A-4)

The subject’s arms and fingers are made up of a mysterious substance and material of unknown origin, further examinations are to be tested.

SCP XXXX shows human emotions of fear and distress by agent █████ and agent ███, each time one of them comes into the subject’s room with a weapon or HLSL-12.

SCP XXXX talks in an American accent with a small distortion in its voice like it is speaking through a radio, and the subject claims it used to be human but we do not know if the subject used to be human or not.

Addendum:

Recovery Log XXXX-1

<BEGIN LOG>

SCP XXXX was discovered when local authorities responded to call about hearing screaming in an old abandoned industrial building, ██████ ████ Canada. They called the foundation after seeing a large unidentified flying object flying away from the building at excessive speeds and then reported seeing SCP XXXX exiting the building yelling for help.

SCP XXXX started showing its anomaly’s effects when recovery unit Delta-8 ordered SCP XXXX to surrender, one of the squad members opened fire at SCP XXXX left leg, subject didn’t show any damage, it only flinched, then subject tried to slowly walk away with its hands up, corporal ████, started firing rounds at SCP XXXX, subject got extremely distressed and ran into the woods in an attempt to flee from the recovery unit.

SCP XXXX was successfully recovered by the deployment of an electromagnetic pulse grenade when the subject was caught running on the side of a small dirt road after residents reported a “tall dark man” trespassing on private property.

Recovery was successful with no injuries.

Dr. Lawrence: Hello, my name is Dr. Lawrence and i will be asking you a few questions.

SCP XXXX Lays back into the chair looking around the room

Dr. Lawrence: Can i have your attention, please?

SCP XXXX Looks up towards Dr. Lawrence

Dr. Lawrence: I will be asking you a few questions.

SCP XXXX: If I answer your questions can I go?

Dr. Lawrence: That's not important, I will be asking you eight questions then we will be done

SCP XXXX: Oh. Okay, what are your questions?

Dr. Lawrence: What is your name?

SCP XXXX: David Raine.

Dr. Lawrence: Do you have a middle name?

SCP XXXX: Yes I do, ████ ████.

Dr. Lawrence Would write on his notepad

Dr. Lawrence: Where are you from?

SCP XXXX: ████████, ████, Canada.

Dr. Lawrence: Can you tell me why you were in that factory when we recovered you?

SCP XXXX Would freeze and stare at Dr. Lawrence
SCP XXXX: I don't know, i don't even know why I was there.
Dr. Lawrence: Can you elaborate?
SCP XXXX: I was on a table like I was in a morgue and-
SCP XXXX Would abruptly stop talking and would stand up
Dr. Lawrence would stand up too and look at SCP XXXX
Dr. Lawrence would snap his fingers in front of SCP XXXX
SCP XXXX would leap towards Dr. Lawrence grabbing his neck and started to strangle Dr. >Lawrence
The sounds of the agents rushing towards Dr. Lawrence can be heard seconds after SCP XXXX >started strangling him
