SCP-#### is currently uncontained; Research into it's capabilities and limitations are ongoing.
If SCP-#### is sighted MTF- WIP, is to engage the entity and evacuate the nearest facility to ensure the safety of any possible targets. Once engagement is concluded and SCP-#### translocates, all involved are to be checked for any wounds caused by SCP-####-2 and/or signs of SCP-####-2-A infection.
Description:
SCP-#### is a humanoid entity approximately 2.25m tall, It appears to be composed almost if entirely out of various components considered Augmentations, Cybernetics, or Prosthesis; albeit lacking any form of skin. Whether or not SCP-#### possesses an organic brain or nervous system is currently unknown.

The entity has the ability to translocate, during such an event the Lumens and decibels of everything in area of roughly 25 meters drops to near zero for approximately 45 seconds. Due to it never manifesting inside a facility(Emerging from an unobserved location several meters away from it's destination) and seems to be inhibited by any restraints put on it, it is suspected that this ability requires specific conditions to operate, however it is currently undetermined what these conditions are.
SCP-#### Wears a hooded robe, of indeterminate composition, and caries it's weapon SCP-####-2 in it's left hand.
SCP-####-2 is a sword approximately 80cm in length, most of it's visible surface shows deterioration consistent with extreme age, and appears to be severely stained by blood and other bodily fluids. However the edges of SCP-####-2 appear to be in flawless condition. This along with it's anomalous sharpness and durability makes it a very dangerous weapon.
SCP-####-2-A is the current destination for an infectious rust-like substance that appears whenever a subject is cut by SCP-####-2. SCP-####-2-A spreads quickly and is highly resistant to all known methods of disinfection; anomalous or otherwise. Currently the only reliable method of preventing progression is by amputation of affected areas.
History:
SCP-#### came to the attention of the foundation when it appeared suddenly near Site-██ on [DATA EXPUNGED]. Where various personal involved with the Olympia Project were stationed at the time. Upon breaching into the site SCP-#### interfaced with the nearest computer and uploaded a virus causing a single line of text to appear on all screens connected to the network.
TRESPASSERS WILL BE PUNISHED.
Currently this is the only known instance of communication by SCP-####, the reason it has not communicated outside of this instance and the exact meaning of the message are currently unknown.
Addendum-####-0
During the routine maintenance on equipment in Site-19 on {REDACTED}, SCP-#### was observed on footage recorded on various devices. Entity was shown to wander Site-19 and entered the containment cells of various Humanoids. During this time SCP-####-2 was holstered on the entity's back. It is currently unknown how SCP-#### was able to conceal it's presence, or why the Entity did not use this ability to carry out an assassination.
INCIDENT-####-A
CLEARANCE NEEDED.
Approximately a month after it's discovery SCP-#### appeared in the residences of multiple O5 Counsel Members over the span of a week. In all instances the Entity appeared to have been waiting for an undetermined amount of time; during these incidents SCP-####-2 was placed aside. From multiple accounts it was doing something 'casual' while waiting, all incidents ended with it retrieving SCP-####-2 and translocating.
All other details involving these interactions has been classified by the O5 counsel.

Description:
SCP-###2 is an anomalous congenital disorder with a currently undetermined occurrence rate in non-anomalous families. Those born with SCP-###2 are identified as possessing; Skin color inconsistent with both parents, naturally bright or white hair, and distinctly un-natural eye-colors. Bone structure facial features and other characteristics however are consistent with biological parents.
In the age range of 10-12 SCP-###2 afflicted children will instinctively seek an unobserved location where by means currently unknown split into 2 new entities referred to as SCP-###2-A & SCP-###2-B.
SCP-###2-A instances are almost identical to the pre-split child, however on closer examination has noticeable degradation to the immune system and cease to visibly age.
SCP-###2-B Instances possess different skin, hair and Eye color's than the base SCP-###2 child but these parameters are still abnormal. SCP-###2-B Instances often suffer from an unknown form of biological instability. SCP-###2-B Instances can be stabilized temporarily, but both the cause and means of treatment are poorly understood. Similarly to SCP-###2-A, SCP-###2-B Instances may also not visibly age(However due to their condition this is hard to verify).

The main building consists of a 50x50x50 dome with an open roof.
SCP-xxx4 is to be provided with access to a clean water supply, and provided food on a daily basis.
Personal assigned to SCP-xxx4 are to be screened bi-monthly for any signs of radiation poisoning and contamination by any hazardous biological material emitted by SCP-xxx4.
Due to it's good behavior and inability to move SCP-xxx4 has access to the following amenities: A computer with filtered internet access, several televisions, and A smartphone modified from an Android tablet.

As of 1█/1█/20██; Cameras of any kind are banned from SCP-xxx4's enclosure.
Description:
SCP-xxx4 is a large organism resembling a large segmented tail or tendril, measuring approximately 10m in diameter at the base and is estimated to be roughly 30m in height. SCP-xxx4's surface is adorned with many eyes, see Document xxx4-Beta;(SCP-xxx4 Anatomy Research).
In addition SCP-xxx4 possesses many ribbon-like appendages which are typically buried when not in use. These limbs are on average 3 cm wide and 5 mm thick, with a currently undetermined length. Variation has been noted with dimensions of 1.5m x 1cm and 1cm x 2mm being the largest and smallest measurements currently on record.
In addition SCP-xxx4 possesses many retractable nozzles lodged inside the soft tissue between body segments. These nozzles allow SCP-xxx4 to emit or "Fire" a large number of organic compounds at a target.
SCP-xxx4 is sapient and capable of speech, it has been noted that in addition to having Human DNA, SCP-xxx4 also identifies itself as Human. Despite these claims no mammalian structures or tissues have been found in SCP-xxx4's anatomy thus far. So far when questioned about these discrepancies SCP-xxx4 has neither confirmed nor denied that it or humans around it are abnormal in comparison to itself.
SCP-xxx4 possesses the ability to influence the land within a 1km radius of itself. This "Domain" had been altered over time by SCP-xxx4 over an unknown period of time to possess the following attributes; near constant fog, radioactive minerals close to the surface, and electromagnetic anomalies. SCP-xxx4 Has personally confirmed that these alterations were for the purpose of concealing itself by deterring travel through it's domain and causing devices like cameras to malfunction to minimize any evidence of it's existence.
During early containment procedures it was discovered that SCP-xxx4 appears to possess a subcutaneous and reflexive aversion to functioning cameras, invariably destroying them with excessive force. SCP-xxx4 usually tends to be distressed by this involuntary behavior. It is speculated that the conditions created by it's domain were to avoid this reaction.

It has been noted that recently SCP-xxx4 has made contact with SCP-2662 over the phone and on any games with online multiplayer they both own. So far they seem to formed a mutual friendship, and SCP-xxx4 so far has not exhibited any changes in behavior despite frequent exposure to SCP-2662. Due to this It is likely that SCP-xxx4 possesses a MARS (Mind-Affecting Resistance Scale) score of at least 2 or higher. Trials are pending to assess SCP-xxx4's resistance to cognitohazards and other phenomenon.

SCP-###5 currently resides in a specialized server farm known as: Terrarium-Δ. Terrarium-Δ is housed in a 10mx10m room with excess space to be used for monitoring equipment, and allow ease of access for maintenance. Data inside Terrarium-Δ is to be examined monthly for confirmation of SCP-###5's presence and scrubbed of any corrupted data. Interaction with SCP-###5 can facilitated via online mediums like MMO games, see Document ###5-Alpha: "Interaction mediums" for a list of games that SCP-###5 visits and it's known Usernames. Any experimentation with SCP-###5 requires clearance from at least 3 senior researchers with 4-###5 clearance.
Description:
SCP-###5 is a living amalgamation of digital information, samples indicate that at least 15 different known coding languages are present in it's makeup. SCP-###5 is not an A.I, but an emergent phenomenon analogous to a living organism; and thus is either immune or resistant to most means of rewriting or deleting it's data.
SCP-###5 is sapient and recently gained the ability to understand the English language. Despite it's structure appearing to be █ times more complex then that of any A.I known at the time of it's discovery; SCP-###5 appears to possess a mindset and mental acuity similar to a 10 year old child.
However since SCP-###5 appears to have been "Born" inside the internet it appears to have extreme difficulty differentiating fact and fiction, and often requires assistance to determine if something is true. see Report-###5-JC, for a particularly notable example.

After a discussion with SCP-###5 educating it on the idea of Cognitohazards; SCP-###5 claimed to recall something fitting that rough description. Approximately half an hour later it brought up a compiled document of posts, images and information pertaining to the famous pro wrestler John Cena, whom SCP-###5 believed to be a Cognitohazardous humanoid due to being "Invisible".
Memo from Dr. ██████: "While the incident was amusing to a couple of people over here it does show that while SCP-###5 cannot easily discern fact from fiction; the document it produced was a close approximation of an SCP document. It even briefly fooled some of the culturally inept staff here."
Discovery
SCP-###5 was discovered during a routine keyword search; picked up several reports of strange phenomenon in various online interactive media, all centered around the appearance of someone using a garbled and invalid screen-name, EX: "ƒ=4@@uh6%@U=V@+-{V█R}". When attempting to trace the origin of these phenomenon; researchers were startled when the trace returned as {REDACTED}.
Following initial contact with SCP-###5, Terrarium-Δ was proposed to give SCP-###5 a place it could stay. With the help of [DATA EXPUNGED], SCP-###5 successfully located and entered Terrarium-Δ of it's own volition.

I cannot stress the importance of maintaining Terrarium-Δ, as I have told others time and time again putting SCP-###5 onto a hard-drive is a horrible idea. SCP-###5 is made up of active programming and scripting, best case scenario it would end up frozen, worst case fossilized and dead. The sheer improbability behind SCP-###5's existence makes keeping it alive top priority. If SCP-###5 were to die all the possible benefits it offers dies with it. While such things are rare at the Foundation, I do believe if SCP-###5 is properly guided as it learns and matures it could prove invaluable; and maybe even earn Thaumiel status.
