Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-####’s anomales properties, secure and complete containment is currently impossible. Foundation personnel are to be monitoring all children’s websites at all times in case of an instance of SCP-#### manifesting on said websites. In the event of a manifestation of SCP-#### on any of the monitored web pages, the website at hand must be immediately shut down to prevent any children, ages 15 or below, of being exposed to SCP-####. Once SCP-#### disappears from the website and the site is deemed safe, re-activation of the website is mandatory. During this period of time, the site will be said to be under “planned maintenance”. In case of accidental exposure to SCP-#### while it is actively manifested on a website, undercover foundation operatives have been dispatched to report to any missing persons or kidnappings involving children. Foundation enlisted therapists have also been activated in case of Patients claiming to have extreme paranoia. All known children that are determinded to be exposed to SCP-#### effects are to be transported to site-[REDACTED] as soon as possible and undergo observation and testing until inevitable obduction occurs.
Description: SCP-#### is a basic URL Link that manifests itself on children’s websites. When any individual, 15 years of age or younger, clicks on SCP-#### for any reason, the victim (SCP-####-1) will automatically begin to feel effects of paranoia. SCP-####-1 will be taken to a blank black screen that contains a message in red text. The context of this message varies depending on location and language SCP-####-1 speaks (See Addendum-####-1A for most frequently seen website messages used by SCP-####). For the following 72 hours after direct exposure to SCP-####, SCP-####-1’s severity of paranoia and feelings of being watched will gradually increase. Any and all attempts by foundation doctors or scientists to relieve the victim of it’s paranoia have failed thus far. During this period of time, SCP-####-1 will claim that it is being followed and/or watched. Any questions directed toward SCP-####-1 regarding the appearance of said “stalker” have been inconclusive given that the answers to these questions have always been different from the last. Some of these victims have even reported multiple people following them in certain situations. Once the time period of 72 hours has concluded, SCP-####-1 will be presumably kidnapped. However, this will only occur when no living organism is presently viewing SCP-####-1. Typically these kidnappings occurr when subjects are left alone for minimal amounts of time. Although rare, some kidnappings have even been recorded to have happened within the time it takes to blink. once a subject disappears and is taken, the area where they had been is left relatively normal, aside from a few scratch marks and occasional blood spatters. the locations of SCP-####-1s, after obduction, are currently unknown at the time, although they have been presumed deceased. Along with the disappearance of SCP-####-1, a printed note can be found in the last place SCP-####-1 had been. Much like the website messages, these notes differ based on who they were meant for (See Addendum-####-1B for most recent notes left by SCP-####).
Notes: With all that said, it is believed that the web link itself is the source of SCP-####’s anomales properties. All attempts to trace the source of these URL links have lead to non-existent coordinates, if coordinates at all. Dr. [REDACTED] theorizes that the “stalkers”, victims report seeing, are manifestations of SCP-#### as well, but are different in their roles. These versions of SCP-####, if they even exist, have been designated SCP-####-2.
