Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3m x 3m x 3m lead chamber held up by one magnetic coil with three redundant magnetic coils to eject the container to orbit where a micro explosive will activate releasing mass amounts of [DATA REDACTED] then destroying SCP-XXXX-4, 3, 2, 1 causing the collapse of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is believed to be a micro-blackhole with 4 ring that spin around SCP-XXXX given the names SCP-XXXX-1 thru 4 going from inner ring to outer ring. SCP-XXXX shows no gravitational pull until SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX-3, or SCP-XXXX-4 is damaged to a sever extent reason unknown reason is believed to be due to mass amounts of “negative” energy stabilizing the blackhole from producing the gravity in correlation to the mass of SCP-XXXX. It is required that five tungsten rods with the mass of [DATA REDACTED] kg be stored at site-██. The tungsten rods are feed into the blackhole repairing SCP-XXXX-1, 2, 3, 4 to keep producing negative energy stabilizing the blackhole. If SCP-XXXX is powered with [DATA REDACTED] of energy SCP-XXXX produces a beam that vaporize the atomic structure that build up object/entities causing the object in question to disappear, all of the energy is pulled into SCP-XXXX converted then shot out as oxygen a random element after it is unpowered(see test logs). SCP-XXXX has a possibility of overloading and expanding engulfing the sol system causing a XK-Class End-of-the-World Scenario cause unknown.

Closing Statement: Mr. ██████ later died of a unknown brain condition believed to be caused by the creation of SCP-XXXX Mr. ██████ died at 03:21 family was delivered his body and there home searched turning up no clues to the creation of SCP-XXXX but several notes on SCP-XXXX where found.

Procedure: D-[DATA EXPUNGED] was told to put SCP-XXXX into a holder and head to the front of SCP-XXXX where two buttons were he was told to hit the green button and only hit the red button in case of emergency.

Results: D-[DATA EXPUNGED] pressed the green button five seconds later SCP-XXXX shot a beam into D-[DATA EXPUNGED] vaporizing him then causing a black out that affected 8 US states after SCP-XXXX shot a second beam creating the element Oxygen.

Analysis: SCP-XXXX can convert matter into less complex elements as opposed to Researcher ██████ notes saying that it transforms matter into other objects.

NOTE: SCP-XXXX had excess Hawking particles for three days after testing before returning to normal.
