Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5783 is to be locked in a 5x4x5 meter temporary nickel air-ventilated room at all times. Checks for cracks should occur every 12 hours. Clearance levels of 3+ are required to access SCP-5783. At least 2 O5 Council Members' permission needed to access SCP-5783.
If Site-76 breaches, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-14 ("Out of the Frying Pan") are to intervene in SCP-5783's containment chamber, regardless if it breaches containment. If it takes longer than ██ minutes to get there, chances are that SCP-5783 will infiltrate more SCP's, especially SCP-1883, which could possibly cause an XK-Class End-of-the-world Scenario without the standard protocols.
Description: SCP-5783 is a ceiling fan of approximately 1.3 meters. When idle, the ceiling fan does not do anything abnormal, and when it turns on it can get to a point of 2██ degrees celsius. Only 2 Class-D's are allowed in SCP-5783's containment chamber at a time. (See addendum 5783B)
SCP-5783, is activated remotely and has shown no other way of activation. SCP-5783 can activate at random intervals. Activation can lead to a 0.06% increase in temperature, leaving the fan getting hotter every time it activates.
Addendum 5783A: D-53845 put SCP-5783 in a high heat resistant, tantalum carbide casing.
SCP-5783 shown to break right through the tantalum carbide ████ seconds after the casing has been put on. D-53895 took the remaining parts of the broken casing. Note from D-53895: "This felt the exact same way as before. Feels a little spiky like glass even when I don't touch it on the rough parts."
Addendum 5783B: 3 D-Class personnel went to test in to see if SCP-5783 has any more anomalous effects.
SCP-5783 has been seen to show a "charging" state and "uncooperative" when there are 3+ people at least 5 meters from SCP-5783. No way of activation has been shown when there are more than 3 people.
Agent █████ instructed one D-Class to leave. SCP-5783 then went on with temperatures with over ████ degrees Celsius for roughly 2 minutes straight, leaving permanent damage to its cell.
