Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a standard containment locker in a standard containment room with 2 guards present at the door. (Note: SCP- xxxx is not to be used unless for testing)

Description: In appearance SCP-xxxx resembles a small leather journal with no identifying marks or scratches. The journal came into the foundations hands when there was a rumor going around in [Redacted] of a journal that could make your wishes come true.

When a subject writes into SCP-xxxx it manifests it self into reality. However the journal has some rules that are written on the first page.

Rules:

1: When your done writing tear off the paper and put it on the floor/ground and the paper will transform into what was written.

2: What ever you want to manifest has to exist.

3: It can’t bring items to you for example if you write “World Trade center” it won’t create it but if you write “Replica of World Trade Center” it would

4: It has to fit in the area if you write sky scraper inside of a building it won’t work.

5: The journal won’t create anything too crazy or dangerous so don’t try writing things like “The entire country of France” or “A black hole”

Results	One male American shorthair cat was created
