Special Containment Procedures: Due to the potential chaos that could erupt for 5092, special containment procedures must be followed orthodoxly.
1. SCP-5092 is to be contained within a 5 metre wide, 5 metre high reinforced concrete box.
2. To negate any chance of containment breach, SCP-5092 requires each wall within the 5x5 cell to be totally reflective.
3. Utilising D-Class personnel, SCP-5092’s containment chamber must be frequently cleaned of the excrement produced by 5092.
4. D-Class personnel are required to wear Mk V Hazardous Anomaly Suits when cleaning the containment chamber. These suits are resistant to majority of corrosive material, but are imbedded with a class one neurotoxin that can be activated remotely if any attempt of noncompliance is witnessed.
5. As per request, SCP 5092 has been supplied with many sacred texts dating back to [DATA EXPUNGED].
6. SCP 5092 requires (1) child to be presented to it on a fortnightly basis (Refer to addendum 2 for additional information).
7. Any personnel above the age of twelve years who interact with 5092 must participate in a wellbeing and mental heath evaluation after testing.
Description:
SCP 5092 is a hyper-intelligent, sentient, humanoid entity devoid of any distinguishable features. When perceived with the human eye, SCP-5092 appears as a large black mass that subjects often describe as a ‘shadow’. Testing has refuted this claim however, with samples from 5092 containing traces of ash, tar and decomposing human matter.
Subjects that have encountered 5092 have described the entity lacking common human features, but describe a humanoid man wearing a wide brim akubra style hat with a Cold War era trench coat.
Subjects also claim that 5092 is sentient, telepathically communicating with them during the encounter. Post 5092 victims are not able to recall what it said to them.
A reoccurring theme of religion from questioned subjects, leads personnel to believe 5092 predominately speaks Hebrew.
When viewed with the naked eye, 5092 has the ability to inflict temporary paralysis on a subject. Upon looking at 5092, the subject’s mind enters a state of REM sleep that does not alleviate unless direct line of sight is broken by foundation personnel. It is suspected during this time that 5092 telepathically communicates to the subject, stating things that render them clinically insane.

0010 hours after encounters with 5092 the subject enters an extreme state of emotional distress.
After 2400 hours the subject is deceased with burn marks upon the stomach reading the Hebrew word “מוֹשִׁיעַ” or ’Savior’.

SCP-5092 also has the ability to seamlessly teleport anywhere within its line of sight. After the events of Operation Peter Pan, SCP-5092’s anomalous effects were discovered to be repressible by surrounding the target with mirrors. While surrounded with reflective surfaces, 5092’s ability to seamlessly travel is totally negated.
SCP-5092’s ability to cloak itself from those above the age of 12 has proven extremely challenging for foundation personnel. If 5092 feels threatened in any capacity, it can cloak itself completely. A child of 12 years or under is required to enter containment in order for the entity to reappear.
Interestingly, children seem somewhat immune to 5092’s effects. This was discovered when a foundation personnel’s child, who was within the vicinity of 5092 did not demonstrate any traditional 5092 effects. Children do not undergo the REM effects that result in paralysis and are able to have full conversations with SCP-5092. Through children, the foundation has opened a platform of communication with 5092, allowing him to demonstrate his vast knowledge of religious texts. Amongst those, SCP-5092 recited documents of which are presently locked up within the Vatican Apostolic Archive.
