Special Containment Procedures:
All 74,231 instances of SCP-XXXX are to not be contained by The Foundation, due to the relationship between SCP-XXXX and the vast majority of the human population. No more than 10% of SCP-XXXX should be apprehended, contained, or terminated by The Foundation at any given time, due to the previously stated relationship and a possible breach of secrecy of The Foundation to either the civilian population or the instances of SCP-XXXX. All instances are to be constantly observed by The Foundation and any request to apprehend, contain, or terminate these instances can only be permitted by █████████████████.
Mobile Containment Force Skyline-10 “Hawkeyes” are to be split up for the purposes of observing all instances of SCP-XXXX from a distance. Three personnel are assigned to one instance of SCP-XXXX. One personnel is to observe their assigned instance using any optical devices available by The Foundation, including observation drones of any type and size. The second personnel is to write down any observations the first personnel finds, and is to align one audio device towards the instance and another audio device towards the first personnel. The third personnel is to send their notes to Site-134 Outpost-D, and is to receive all messages from Site-134 or MCF Sierra-52 “Sleepers.”
Mobile Containment Force Sierra-52 “Sleepers” are to be split up and become part of the security team of all instances of SCP-XXXX for the purposes of observation of their assigned instance. They are to split up into groups of 3-8 personnel (depending on the size of the security depot) and are to constantly observe, follow, and protect their assigned instance of SCP-XXXX. MCF Sierra-52 “Sleepers” are to follow all the directions their assigned instance gives, and are to only deny the direction if it is against The Foundation. Under no circumstances are the personnel of MCF Sierra-52 permitted to apprehend, contain, or terminate their assigned instance of SCP-XXXX unless the request to perform Protocol Blue-light is accepted by █████████████████.
All personnel in both MCF Divisions are to carry a flashlight that emits UV Light and are to use this device if their assigned instance of SCP-XXXX enters a room where no forms of light are present. All personnel are to undergo psychological treatment by Foundation Experts, attend Sunday Mass at a local Catholic Church, and are to consult with the priest of the church for the purposes of removing all forms of cognitohazards SCP-XXXX can emit. If any instance of SCP-XXXX gathers intel on The Foundation whether that be from documents, photos, interview logs, or any other form of information, MCF Sierra-52 are to use Class C Amnestics on their assigned instance, and are to destroy all forms of information they had received involving The Foundation.
The termination of any instance of SCP-XXXX must be permitted by █████████████████, and no more than 2% of the SCP-XXXX population is to be simultaneously terminated by MCF Sierra-52. However, any cause of death not related to The Foundation or can easily be diverted away from The Foundation is allowed, with no limit to the number of SCP-XXXX being terminated. Protocol Blue-light will only be performed if a request is sent to Site-134 and is permitted by █████████████████1. Under no circumstances should anybody except █████████████████ or any personnel higher than him are allowed to know or remember the contents of Protocol Blue-Light, and must undergo Class C Amnestic Treatment after reading or performing the procedure.
Description:
SCP-XXXX are a nocturnal humanoid species, classified under the Homo Sapien category of hominids with variable and insignificant facial differences. SCP-XXXX are intelligent and fit specimens, with an IQ that is on-par or higher than an average human. They also appear to have a more resilient body than the average human, being able to withstand three times more damage than a normal human. Upon death the anomaly will dissipate out of existence, erasing its body, clothing, technology, and anything that the instance was holding/carrying. No evidence is recovered upon the instance’s death, and all molecules are erased to the quantum level. All specimens have full and complete knowledge of certain reality bending forms, which are commonly used to help all instances of SCP-XXXX to blend in within the human race.
One form appears to help SCP-XXXX effectively change their body proportions and appearance depending on their preference. Observations of specimens contained by The Foundation shows that the form effectively morphs the reality around SCP-XXXX, changing the physical appearance of the anomaly. This ability seems to be a minor form of reality bending, as the distortion of reality can be seen using thermal optics. This ability cannot change them into a different animal structure however, meaning they can only take the form of a human. With this anomalous ability, SCP-XXXX are noted to have three different bodily manifestations, all of which are listed below.
Their natural state is seen when SCP-XXXX is not using their anomalous properties, and show their unique and distinct features different from the Homo Sapien facial structure. Males stand at an average height of 1.829 meters (6 feet) and females stand at an average height of 1.625 meters (5 feet and 4 inches). SCP-XXXX in their natural state are pale in nature consisting of pointy ears, long and indestructible hair, short yet visibly extended fangs, gold/black irises and silver pupils. No hair besides the hair on their head can grow on their body, with some individuals having the ability to grow facial hair. These individuals are noted to have a higher level of strength.
SCP-XXXX has also been observed having the anomalous property to bring a sense of appeal amongst a human population, no matter the size of the population. This appears to be another reality bending form, making it the source of their ability to inject themselves into the vast majority of the human race. Observations of specimens contained by The Foundation have discovered that SCP-XXXX will warp the surrounding reality to make them become more “likable” within the population, although how it does that and what type of reality SCP-XXXX is distorting is unknown.
All individuals of SCP-XXXX have learned and perfected a form of hand to hand combat that has never been seen or recorded by any early or modern humans. This fighting style uses a combination of impressive acrobatic actions, a vast knowledge of hitting styles, and the ability to use their shape shifting ability to either soften or punctuate any action they perform. Although this fighting style involves the use of reality bending, there is no evidence to prove that this fighting style appears to be a unique form of reality bending.
All individuals of SCP-XXXX have a collection five highly advanced pieces of biomechanical technology that are either attached or with them at all times, labeled as SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-5. All of the devices are listed below.
- [SCP-XXXX-1] A massive collection of organic, yet mechanical nanobots. One nanobot is placed on each cell of the body of SCP-XXXX, appearing to help them change their DNA structure to either replicate or create new structure of DNA strands.
- [SCP-XXXX-2] A dispensary device that releases an unknown mist, causing the receiver to experience minor amnestic effects. It is noted that this mist is a form of both Class C and Class H amnestics, but does not contain the same or any components of known Foundation amnestics.
- [SCP-XXXX-3] A gps device with a 5x5 inch screen, with 74,231 red dots visible when the map of the Earth is zoomed out. A majority of the dots are centered around the Philippines.
- [SCP-XXXX-4] A pair of earrings that upon tapping will allow SCP-XXXX to both hear and speak into as a form of earbud.
- [SCP-XXXX-5] A pencil or pen that is used as a whistle to [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX also appear to have a collection of tattoos, though the tattoos are noted to be different for each individual. Depictions of several entities (some of which are described as anomalous) are found on every instance of SCP-XXXX, commonly depicting several entities that match the descriptions of Filipino mythological creatures. There are also some tattoos that are inspired by the Satanic Faith, the Daevite Civilization, the House of Apollyon, the Scarlet King, SCP-1000, and a rare but descriptive depiction of a “large great Philippine eagle devouring a star.” These tattoos can be as small as a 3x5 index card and can also be large enough to span the entire back of an instance of SCP-XXXX.
These tattoos when observed by anybody appear to not cause any anomalous effects of any kind, with a strange and deep fascination of the tattoos being an extreme case of this. But as a person keeps observing the tattoos, they begin to mentally deteriorate and begin to experience headaches, increased heart rate, hallucinations, profuse sweating, vomiting, and fainting (though these symptoms do not occur simultaneously). After the person begins experiencing all of the symptoms at least once a day, Hume levels around the person will begin to fluctuate rapidly and the person will suddenly ████████████ and [DATA EXPUNGED].
The Foundation has designated these tattoos as a cognitohazard if a person is caught observing these tattoos over a period of several days. Although this is the case, the anomalous effect these cognitohazards have can be “reset” or avoided if the person proceeds to be psychologically examined, seen attending Sunday Mass at a Catholic Church, and/or consults with a priest of Catholic Faith. While people observed doing these things after observing the tattoos of SCP-XXXX are successful in avoiding the cognitohazards the tattoos emit, it is preferred that all three actions are done.
While The Foundation has not made any recent efforts to detain, contain, or terminate any instance of SCP-XXXX, it is noted that The Foundation has contained a total of seven specimens of SCP-XXXX, all of which were terminated under the direct order of Research Head “Gabriel.”
Addendum XXXX.1 - History
SCP-XXXX’s species is closely similar to the elven species described in several types of European folklore, with physical descriptions being nearly identical to the observations of The Foundation. However, evidence suggests that the elven species is in fact SCP-XXXX, which originated in Luzon Island of the Philippines. Several cave paintings around the world from Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and even the Americas have been found showing long, tall, and pointy eared individuals living alongside humans and other anomalous entities that lived alongside humans. [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is assumed that SCP-XXXX became embedded within the human population 10,000 years ago.

Text recovered from Site-134-4CP and Site-134-9EM discuss the history of SCP-XXXX involving their origin, lifestyle, and how the species soon began hiding amongst the human population. Several advanced and complicated paintings are discovered at Site-134-9EM, including paintings depicting their civilization2 and their lifestyle. The population, referred to as the “Dalaketnon,”3 appear to have no genetic links to any species found on Earth, suggesting that SCP-XXXX is of extraterrestrial origin.
Despite their extraterrestrial origins, SCP-XXXX appears to have a vast knowledge of human history, descriptively recounting events to the finest detail and at times exaggerating specific moments. Events like ███████████, the █████████████████, and even the ████████████ of SCP-███ have been described. Evidence found in several archeological sites within the now constructed Site-134 suggest that not only were SCP-XXXX well versed in the events of human history, but were in fact key figures in major events in history. The presence of SCP-XXXX has been described in several books, stories, tales, and forms of art, but are not directly referenced as a separate civilization. Surprisingly, a majority of the depictions found by The Foundation are found alongside the remains of SCP-1000 found in the Philippines. Despite this, humans appear to have little to no descriptive knowledge of SCP-XXXX, that is of course until The Foundation began research.
The Foundation discovered SCP-XXXX while observing an investigation by London’s MI6 in the year of 1945. This investigation involved the sudden disappearance and sudden replacement of three members of a royal family located in London. These royal individuals were observed departing England and arriving in the United States, allowing The Foundation to quickly take over. The three individuals engaged in hand to hand combat with MTF Echo-2 “Enforcers” until all three were overwhelmed and detained by The Foundation. Due to ███████████, The Foundation moved the three individuals to the temporary site located in Nagasaki, Japan. [DATA EXPUNGED]. The studying of SCP-XXXX began after these events, with the termination of all seven specimens of SCP-XXXX being performed after the creation of Protocol Blue-light.
