Personnel are to be well versed in the information pertaining to their position in the observation and/or study of SCP-XXXX. Please only refer to necessary sections and information found in this document. Upon reading, all personnel are to observe the Memetic Disruption Agent within Section E of the special containment procedure, as documents pertaining to SCP-XXXX are officially cognitohazards of infohazards.

Special Containment Procedure Section A

It is important to preserve the veil of secrecy the Foundation has spent resources on to keep. With this in mind, all personnel involved with SCP-XXXX are to do whatever is necessary to keep the Foundation a secret from SCP-XXXX and the human race as a whole. And due to the relationship between SCP-XXXX and the vast majority of the human population, all personnel assigned to the observation and study of SCP-XXXX are not permitted to either apprehend or contain any instance of SCP-XXXX, unless permitted to do either action by ████████████.

Special Containment Procedure Section B

Purpose:
Two MCF Divisions are tasked with the in-person observation of all instances of SCP-XXXX. One MTF Division is to be on standby for any operations pertaining to SCP-XXXX, mostly ██████████████████ originating from SCP-XXXX. At the same time, all personnel are ordered in both MCF Divisions and the MTF Division to keep SCP-XXXX away from a room or region where no forms of light can enter. All researchers assigned to SCP-XXXX are to research all files related to SCP-XXXX.

Mobile Containment Force:
Mobile Containment Force Skyline-10 “Hawkeyes” are to be split up for the purposes of observing all instances of SCP-XXXX from a distance. Exactly three personnel are assigned to one instance of SCP-XXXX, and are to not interact with either SCP-XXXX or MCF Sierra-52. One personnel is to observe their assigned instance using any optical devices available by The Foundation, including observation drones of any type and size. The second personnel is to write down any observations the first personnel finds, and is to align one audio device towards the instance and another audio device towards the first personnel. The third personnel is to send their notes to Site-134 Outpost-D, and is to receive all messages from Site-134 or MCF Sierra-52 “Sleepers.”

Mobile Containment Force Sierra-52 “Sleepers” are to be split up for the purposes of observing all instances of SCP-XXXX from a close proximity. They are to split up into groups of 3-8 personnel (depending on the size of the security team) and are to constantly observe, follow, and protect their assigned instance of SCP-XXXX. MCF Sierra-52 “Sleepers” are to follow all the directions their assigned instance gives, and are to only deny the direction if it is against The Foundation. Unless SCP-XXXX are terminated by outside forces that The Foundation cannot prevent (i.e. natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.), or if ████████████ permits the termination of any instance of SCP-XXXX, no instance is to be harmed by either The Foundation or any Groups of Interests.

Mobile Task Force:
Mobile Task Force Rooster-1 “Veil Keepers” are to be prepared for either small, covert combat operations or large scale warfare scenarios. All personnel assigned to MTF Rooster-1 are to not directly engage SCP-XXXX unless permitted to do so by ████████████, but are to engage all ██████████████████ that SCP-XXXX created, including █████████, ███████, and █████████████. In case of a possible breach of secrecy, all operations to prevent such a case will be between MCF Skyline-10, MCF Sierra-52, and MTF Rooster-1.

Researchers:
Researchers involved in the study of all government documents, military archives, personal notes, and journals are to create a summary file before beginning to research documents pertaining to SCP-XXXX. All photos including SCP-XXXX are classified as a minor cognitohazard, and must be slightly modified to mask the full effectiveness of all cognitohazards.

All personnel are to refer to Section D of the special containment procedure to eliminate all negative effects caused by the cognitohazards and infohazards present in documents, photos, or direct contact of SCP-XXXX.

Special Containment Procedure Section C

All personnel in both MCF Divisions and MTF Rooster-1 are to carry the following items with them at all times during the observation of SCP-XXXX and/or the operations involving ████████████████ of SCP-XXXX:

• 1 UV Flashlight
• 1 portable EMP Device, effective range ~10 meters
• 1 portable Scranton Reality Anchor, effective range ~10 meters
• 1 Hume Level Monitoring Devices, effective range ~1 kilometer
• A Distress Pager
• A copy of the Bible, preferably the Book of Genesis
• Ammunition rounds comprised of ~50% tungsten
• A combat knife of personal preference comprised of ~20% tungsten
• Thermite Hand Grenades or Hand Grenades comprised of ~15% tungsten

All researchers assigned to SCP-XXXX are to carry the following items with them at all times during the study of all documents and photos pertaining to SCP-XXXX and ██████████████████.

• A 100cc dose of ingestible Class C Amnestics
• 1 Bundle of Garlic, preferably lightly crushed
• A pistol of personal preference
• Ammunition rounds comprised of ~50% tungsten
• A combat knife of personal preference comprised of ~20% tungsten
• Thermite Grenades
• A rosary or a necklace with a cross

All personnel are recommended to be expressive of their Catholic faith, whether that be during Foundation work hours or outside of Foundation facilities.

Special Containment Procedure Section D

As described in Section B of the special containment procedure, SCP-XXXX and the documents and photos pertaining to SCP-XXXX are subject to minor forms of cognitohazards and infohazards and can cause several side effects. Although some side effects are minor and can be passed, the ultimate outcome to prolonged exposure must be prevented. With this, all personnel assigned to the observation and study of SCP-XXXX are required to both perform the following tasks and practice the following actions to either prolong the effects of or eliminate all cognitohazards.

Required Duties:
All personnel are to perform the following actions:

• Consult a Foundation psychologist at least once a month.
• Attend Sunday Mass at a Catholic Church at least once every two weeks.
• Drink at least 1/2 a cup of holy water and at least 3 tablespoons of grape wine at least once a week.
• Consume at least 1 cup of garlic at least once a week.
• Observe the Memetic Disruption Agent on Section E of the special containment procedure at least once a month.

All personnel are preferred to be the following:

• A practicing Catholic
• Of Filipino decent Genetically ~25% Filipino or Polynesian
• Well versed in the use of firearms
• Well versed in the use of combat knives
• Have moderate knowledge of hand-to-hand combat
• Have tattoos containing Catholic and/or Polynesian symbols, preferably covering ~5% of the torso region and/or limbs.

All personnel are required to perform the tasks, but are preferred to practice/have knowledge of the other items.

Symptoms Due to Prolonged Exposure:
A person can experience the following symptoms or perform the following actions:

• Sweating
• Shortness of Breath
• Hyperventilation
• Pale Complexion
• Accelerated Heart-Rate
• Vomiting
• Minor Hallucinations
• Foaming of the Mouth
• Expansion of the Veins
• A sudden feeling of hunger
• Not blinking
• Clawing of surrounding objects
• Sudden violent responses/actions
• Sudden hunger for humans

Actions to Take:
If any personnel assigned to the observation and study of SCP-XXXX are experiencing a minimum of four symptoms listed above, the following actions are to be performed to nullify all side effects experienced due to the cognitohazard.

1. Take the effected subject to Site-134 as soon as possible.
2. Restrain subject to a flat surface, preferably fashioning the subject to the surface.
3. Inject a 50cc dose of Class C Amnestics
4. Force feed the subject a clove of garlic and 1/2 a cup of holy water
5. Activate a Scranton Reality Anchor and lower the surrounding temperature to 15.5 Degrees Celsius (60 Degrees Fahrenheit)
6. Allow 15 minutes before turning off the Scranton Reality Anchor
7. Observe subject for 2-5 hours for symptoms. If no symptoms are reported, the subject can be re-enlisted for duty.
8. If new symptoms emerge or the symptoms do not go away, the procedure is to be performed again until all symptoms are removed.

If a subject begins to ██████, ████████████, ██████████████, and ██████████████, personnel with a firearm are to immediately terminate the subject. Afterwards, contact ██████████████ for further instructions.

Description:

SCP-XXXX¹ encompasses the collective of 75,972 75,002 74,231 instances of a humanoid species titled the “Dalaketnon.”² SCP-XXXX appears to look like an elven race, most commonly seen in European folklore and recent pop-culture media. Further research however suggests that SCP-XXXX originated in Luzon Island of the Philippines. This species is best described as a variation of the hominidae family, mostly resembling homo sapiens of the order of primates, related to other primates such as gorillas and chimpanzees. Their physical attributes are described in Reality Bending Form PDF.

All instances of SCP-XXXX appear to be sterile in nature, unable to reproduce by standard means or use of any anomalous or normal form of reproduction. They are able to pleasure themselves by sexual intercourse, commonly doing this with either other instances of SCP-XXXX or humans. The genetic testing of retrieved specimens show a genetic structure that does not resemble any known species and does not have any genetic ancestry, suggesting that this species is either extraterrestrial in nature or suggests that the species existed before humanity or even multi-cellular life. This, coupled with the fact that they are sterile in nature, suggests that the population of SCP-XXXX can only decrease with no scientific or anomalous method to increase this population.

All instances of SCP-XXXX have an extensive knowledge of certain reality bending forms, although these forms effect the reality in a localized region and appear to be restricted in nature. Upon further study, there is little to no evidence to say that these reality bending forms can effect a significant region to cause worry, meaning these forms are weak in nature. The species appear to have a total of five unique forms effecting either themselves, people near the region, or documentation and photos pertaining to any instance of SCP-XXXX. Each form is described below.

Reality Bending Form PDF

This reality bending form is the first one observed by the Foundation, shown by Specimen-01 “Mr. Priest” while it was under containment at Site 134. This form is used to distort the reality 3-5 centimeters away from any instance of SCP-XXXX, and allows them to turn into one of the three physical forms described below. The first two physical manifestations can be interchanged by SCP-XXXX via mental thoughts. The third manifestation only occurs when the instance is within a room or region that has no light of any kind, and causes the instance to permanently exist as this form. The following chart describes all three forms.

“Native” State

Their native state is seen when SCP-XXXX is not using their anomalous properties, closely resembling the elven race described in European folklore. Males stand at an average height of 1.829 meters (6 feet) and females stand at an average height of 1.625 meters (5 feet and 4 inches). SCP-XXXX in their native state are pale white in nature consisting of pointy ears, long and uncuttable hair, short yet visibly extended fangs, gold/black irises and silver pupils. Males appear to have average masculine face and have a thin body structure, commonly changing this form when transitioning to their humanoid state. Females have distinguishable feminine facial features and body structure, barely changing this form when transitioning to their humanoid state. No hair besides the hair on their head can grow on their body, with about 7% of the population having the ability to grow only facial hair.

Twenty-five instances of SCP-XXXX naturally do not have a pale white skin tone, instead they have a black, ashy skin tone, mostly resembling the skin tone of a gorilla. Their hair is consistently a bleached white, commonly shimmering in natural sunlight, and all of them have longer fangs than the rest of the population. Their nose resembles a bat’s nose, with some observers stating that they do not even have a nose, just the two holes where air can enter and exit. These individuals also appear to be older, as their skin appears wrinkly. When another instance of SCP-XXXX is in contact with one of the twenty-five variants, the instance tends to treat them with respect.

“Humanoid” State

Their humanoid state is seen when SCP-XXXX uses their anomalous abilities, distorting the reality around SCP-XXXX to appear like a normal human. By refracting the light and matter that passes in and out of this distorted field of reality, SCP-XXXX can change every detail of their body to appear and act like humans. None of the specimens can change their body into the appearance and function of another species, they can only take the form of a human being. SCP-XXXX in their humanoid state can change their height, width, body structure, and even race depending on the preference of the specimen, and can interchange between different human forms based on the specimen’s preference.

All instances will either make a new human form from scratch or replicate the structure of an existing human. If the instances mimic an existing human, they will most likely kill the original version and proceed to take the place of the executed instance. If that person is suppose to die by natural causes, the instance will proceed to mimic another human. This anomalous reality bending form combined with their mimicking strategy is why SCP-XXXX has been hidden from the Foundation for so long.

This form is so minor in effect, that only close proximity Hume Level Monitoring Devices can detect the small changes in reality. But if observing a large region, the Hume Level fluctuations are so small that there are no significant changes in the reality within the region.

“Savage” State

Their savage state occurs when an instance of SCP-XXXX enters a room where no light of any kind can enter, in which SCP-XXXX will begin to distort itself and transition into their savage state. When this metamorphosis occurs, the Hume Levels around SCP-XXXX will begin to fluctuate violently to the point where reality distortions are easily visible through thermal optics. After 15-20 seconds of exposure within the dark room, SCP-XXXX will begin to grow in both height and width. At 45 seconds of exposure, SCP-XXXX will have completed its metamorphosis. Both males and females grow to a height of 2.438-3.048 meters (8-10 feet) with a matte black or matte purple black skin tone and muscular build. Black hair is present on their backs, chest, legs, and arms and their fangs extend out to a length of 22 centimeters.

Specimens in their savage state have an increased level of strength, being able to lift a standard sized Jeep with ease, and can easily destroy reinforced concrete with a swipe of their arm. They also have a more resistance to all forms of stimuli, including gunfire, bladed weaponry, ████████████, █████████████████, and ████████████. Despite their bulky structure, strength, and resilience, they are agile and quick and are able to perform precise acrobatic moves. They have a heightened sense of hearing and sight, assumed to be rather effective in the dark. It is also assumed that SCP-XXXX in their savage state have the anomalous ability to detect a life form that is experiencing the emotional sense of fear, although █████████████████████.

Upon entering a region where any form of light is present, SCP-XXXX will begin to emit a vast quality of steam out of its body and its movements will begin to become sluggish. Its skin color will transition back to their original skin tone, and will eventually return to their native state. This however appears to occur over a vast period of time, estimated to take one week before the instance begins to become slower and weaker in movement.

This state was observed during █████████████████████ involving ██████████████. After ██████████████ at Site-134, all MCF and MTF Divisions were ordered by Site Director ███████████ to ██████████████.

Reality Bending Form PAF

All instances of SCP-XXXX have an anomalous reality bending form that is unknown to even to the species itself. This ability allows SCP-XXXX to become more appealing or agreeable within a population of people, allowing SCP-XXXX to easily be promoted or given a higher position of power. This ability had also allowed SCP-XXXX to lie about certain aspects about itself, being able to lie and successfully pass a lie detector test. This form appears to be used as an impulse, since the species of SCP-XXXX cannot explain or decipher how they are able to rise to higher position of power so easily.

Through use of Hume Level Monitoring Devices and Reality Distortion Detectors, it appears that this form is also minor in effect, but can influence large populations as large as nations and continents. It is assumed that this reality bending form travels through an unknown medium, as the use of Scranton Reality Anchors have so far been ineffective.

As of now, no forms of technology can easily single out SCP-XXXX based on dialogue alone, with ██████████████████████████.

Reality Bending Form WDF

As described in the Physical Distortion Form file, SCP-XXXX can distort the reality around itself to appear like a normal human, but Specimen-01 “Mr. Priest” has described a variation of this form that the species created. Rather than distorting the reality around SCP-XXXX, they have been able to distort the reality within their bodies without negatively effecting their body. This form was created when trying to improve their acrobatic skills to either exaggerate motions or mute certain damages that can occur.

Instances have been seen distorting the weight within their body to allow them to jump higher and swing an object harder. When it came to muting hard impacts, they have been seen distorting their weight to allow them to land softer and have been seen distributing the shockwaves of high caliber weaponry.

Reality Bending Form CT

While the term “reality bending form” can be debated, its anomalous effects are without a doubt present. This form is pertaining to the several tattoos found on the bodies of every instance of SCP-XXXX, except the twenty-five older variants, with these tattoos being observed in their native state. These tattoos can cover as little as 5% of the body and as much as 85% of the body, and pertain to several subject matters. The following list describes all the different entities and subjects found in their tattoos.

• A large Philippine Eagle depicted next to a sun, portrayed as larger than the sun.

These tattoos are forms of cognitohazards, causing the viewers to experience the symptoms described in Section D of the special containment procedure. Discussions from Specimen-01 “Mr. Priest” has noted that SCP-XXXX had relations to several of the listed items, but became aggressive when questions pertaining to the Philippine Eagle were asked.

Reality Bending Form IDF

Unlike the fourth Reality Bending Form where the cognitohazards found on the tattoos have no relation to reality bending, SCP-XXXX have successfully created a form involving the creation of reality. This reality bending form allows SCP-XXXX to make all photos and documents pertaining to the species into an infohazards. This was done by SCP-XXXX creating a new form of reality that is only present when a form of documentation of SCP-XXXX is either newly created or existing. Essentially, SCP-XXXX have successfully made windows into a different plain of reality that negatively effect people who look through this window. While this description does sound like a breakdown into Layman’s Terms, thermal imaging has concluded that a literal window sill can be seen on all forms of documents.

While the documents of SCP-XXXX are infohazardous, the negative effects build up overtime rather than effecting a subject in one event. Thus, the use of a Memetic Disruption Agent was proposed, allowing people to view documents then nullify all forms of cognitohazards and infohazards.
