Special Containment Procedures: No known way of extracting SCP-XXXX and transferring the entity to a Foundation facility is currently known due to its anomalous properties. For now, a 5km radius zone was established around SCP-XXXX in the forest of ████████, Minnesota, USA. The perimeter of SCP-XXX has been secured with three rows of electric fences and gates 40 meters away from one another. Between each fence the ground is to be covered with sand allowing guard towers to better see intruders during the night. Zulu-7 has been assigned to guard the perimeter of SCP-XXXX and have been given permission to shoot unauthorized personnel who have been warned at least three times. Security cameras are to be aimed at SCP-XXXX to monitor anomalous activities and expedition observations (See Addendum XXXX-2)
Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX, a no fly zone has been declared stating that it is a testing ground for new designs of military artillery and rockets; this is to avoid any aircraft accidents caused by SCP-XXXX. Foundation Research helicopters are only permitted to circle around SCP-XXXX 500 meters away to ensure safety of the research personnel and crew of the helicopter. No ground vehicles are permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's radius zone without proper equipment and permission from Doctor Mausoleum.
All Experiments on SCP-XXXX must be approved by Doctor Mausoleum before being conducted. If an experiment has been approved by Doctor Mausoleum, all involved staff are to use the quarters of Research Building-XXXX for a total of five days. The Building was built outside SCP-XXXX's radius zone just far enough for the third floor of the building to safely observe experiments from a safe distance. All filed experiments must stay within Research Building-XXXX archives in the second floor of the building, "Any observation, experiment, incident, and breach files stays in that building." - Dr. Mausoleum
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 3m x 4m x 4m damaged, nearly collapsing Tomb surrounded by dead trees, plants, and animals. Many skeletons of both deceased humans and animals are scattered around the anomalous object, further examinations of the skeletons recovered around SCP-XXXX have shown that a blunt force trauma to the skulls were the cause of all the deaths that have occurred around the tomb. Claw marks, blood stains, and bullet holes are seen on the surface of SCP-XXXX from a far distance but when further inspecting, the marks seem to fade away the closer an observer gets to the tomb.
A 1m x 2m stone door can be seen on the East side of SCP-XXXX indicating that it is the front of the entity. A long dark downward stairwell can be seen when the door of SCP-XXXX is opened, and expeditions that were sent down the stairwell lost connection to command after descending down ten (10) meters of the stairwell. After two (2) days of losing connection from expeditions, the body of the assigned D-Class or any other personnel sent down the stairwell are seen plummeting from a height of 15km down to the radius zone of SCP-XXXX. Autopsies on the bodies indicate that the fall was not the cause of death, but blunt force trauma to the skull.
Atmospheric thickness and the gravitational pull around SCP-XXXX begin to decrease the closer it is to the center of the radius zone. Many rocks including parts of SCP-XXXX are seen floating in the sky and seemingly follow an approaching aircraft no matter what the altitude of the aircraft is or was. Experiment XXXX-5 involved a Cessna ███ flying over the radius zone of SCP-XXXX and due to the thin atmosphere over the radius zone of SCP-XXXX, the pilot of the Cessna ███ began experiencing hypoxia causing the plane to nose dive towards the radius zone.
