Description: SCP-XXXX is a creature that resembles a large dog. SCP-XXXX is about 1.2 meters long and 0.6 meters high. SCP-XXXX has a large tear in the flesh on it's left shoulder blade, leaving bone and muscle exposed. The rest of SCP-XXXX's body is covered in short black fur with random white streaks pointing away from the tear in it's flesh. SCP-XXXX has around 90 teeth with 45 in each row. It's teeth are made of bone and attached to it's skull. SCP-XXXX has no visible ears but can still hear noises through other openings in it's body. How it does this is still unknown.
SCP-XXXX attracts lightning or other types of electricity to it's left shoulder blade. While SCP-XXXX seems to have no control over this process and although it is observed to feel a moderate amount of pain while this is happening, the electricity has no lasting physical effect on it. The maximum range for this process to occur is around 12.5 meters. If there is a path for the electricity to reach SCP-XXXX, this event will trigger.
SCP-XXXX is not hostile toward humans and other forms of life, including other SCP's. It is shown to act like a domestic dog while near humans and seems to not react to normal stimulants like cats or other dogs. The only exception of this is when SCP-XXXX is hit by any form of electricity. It immediately turns hostile and attacks everything near it. Testing has shown that SCP-XXXX will begin to calm down after 10-30 minutes after being hit. When this happens, the anomaly will being to release massive amounts of electrical energy exactly equal to 7.3 times the amount it has absorbed. The electricity released doesn't exhibit any anomalous properties although electricity released by SCP-XXXX will no be attracted towards it. Any other attack on SCP-XXXX results in aggressive behaviour and physical attacks on the offending individual but no anomalous abilities have been reported to trigger in this event.
SCP-XXXX was originally discovered near a power plant in ████████, England. A repair team went missing after going to fix a power cut at a substation. The police team that went and investigated reported being attacked by an 'electric dog' so foundation agents embedded in a local police force went and provided backup. They managed to subdue the dog without the help of an MTF and transported it to a nearby containment facility. All members of the public and police officers involved were given Class-A Amnestic treatment. It is currently unknown how SCP-XXXX gained it's abilities.
SCP-XXXX must only be moved while tranquilised. SCP-XXXX must be given 3 tranquillers before clearance to move the SCP is granted. Another tranquiliser is to be administered every 25 minutes while in transport. SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities do not active while tranquilised.
