Description: SCP-XXXX is an anonymous internet profile of unknown origin. The profile's original IP address is untrackable, as it frequently changes during each encounter, changing to randomized locations without any relevance or connection to each other. Encounters with SCP-XXXX have described a profile named "rlcbm" messaging the user (now known as SCP-XXXX-1) across various messaging and social media platforms, including ████, ████, ████ and ████. Other messaging platforms utilized by SCP-XXXX have yet to be confirmed, although SCP-XXXX is speculated to be unrestrained by any communication service, as it has a record of consistently varying its methods of texting SCP-XXXX-1 without fail. SCP-XXXX will message the user precisely on an hourly basis with the digital time according to ███. SCP-XXXX will never message the incorrect time and will always message the user upon each hour. If the receiver of these messages disposes of and/or switches their device of choice or communication of choice, the user will still receive messages on their new system.

After stating the time, SCP-XXXX will send a following message exactly one minute afterward with a complaint that the exact hour has passed. This message will always read: "It is no longer [the exact hour]".

During encounters of SCP-XXXX, the ███ should report the incident directly to the SCP Foundation. SCP-XXXX-1 should be immediately prescribed Class-A amnestics following the initial confiscation of every device belonging to SCP-XXXX-1, as well as the deletion of SCP-XXXX-1's personal accounts.
